Stuck at bootloader

Hi Guys, after rooting my cousin's desire. I forgot to S-off. I flashed Leedroid's ROM. Now It has stuck at bootloader. for last 15 min. Nothing is happening..?
Any help ? I'm totally new with Desire

how do you root without s-off??as i know we need to s-off first to root..
something is wrong here ....

I used Unrevoked rooting method. It's HTC DESIRE !

Only i can give u as answer is try factory reset..maybe help

Does anyone know how to get the HTC Sensation to be unrooted, s-on and relocked/locked bootloader to get warranty??
I have searched very much but no luck.
Please help and reply ASAP...

Hello,
I have bought HTC sensation before 2 days (I had a MotorolaDefy before) and I am trying to undersstand few things but i need your help about this.
What is the difference between SOFF and Rott acess?
If I root my device and have SON custom roms will work?
PLease if someone can help me to understand the differences between SOFF and Root

Hi,
Take your time and read through the forums.
In the mean time ,look HERE
You can, then, have custom ROMS on your phone without s-off.
Read THIS
It will give you some idea about other stuff.

Hey there,
i was wondering if there was anyone who could help me with unlocking the bootloader and rooting my HTC One mini running android 4.3 and HTC Sense 5.5. Its an unlocked model from the UK. Im kind of new to this and was very confused and so am hoping someone here could give me or link me to a tutorial to do these things. If there is a similar post then i apologise for making another one.
Hope someone can help me :good::good:

Unlock your bootloader at htcdev.com. Then flash the twrp 2.6 and install the root if you want. You get a option to. Then if you want to s-off use the revone method or the rumrunner. I prefer the revone.

Hello there, Thanks for they reply! How do I flash twrp 2.6 and how do I install the root? I think I have seen tutorials for s-off so i'll be ok with that.

After you unlock bootloader, you can just google or search on the fourums on how to install twrp using cmd if you have windows.
