Okay so I'm having a problem connecting my phone to my computer which I built a while ago. It keeps saying drivers were not installed so I installed the Samsung drivers and kies to no avail. Tried different several cables and also all the usb ports I have. But any other computer like my work or my brothers laptop it works in instant. Any suggestions

Recently I found out that my PC is not recognizing my Nexus S, the usb mass storage notification is missing too. I tried to update the PC drivers in the Device Manager but not working.

As far as I remember I avoided using fast charge. Right now I am unable to find the fast charge option, maybe the Gummy ROM is not offering it.

Fast Charge is a kernel rather than a ROM feature I think. If it's enabled it won't allow you to connect via usb.
Try rebooting with USB cable connected and see if your device is detected.
Another possibility would be a faulty USB cable.

I need your help.
Ian in Spain and bought an Sim from masmovil. The seller told me to change the new profile for that Sim.
It is the 1gb contract so apn is internetmas.
No pw no user. Ok that works.
But when switching on tethering my win7 PC is connecting as usual but no internet because some problems with the proxy cannot be identified. What is wrong here?

Try using tether with other device than laptop, and check whether it works or not
It is possible some problem on laptop side, as many doesn't support adhok connection defalt.

Not familiar with ezupdater, but from a quick search i think it is quite similar to kies.
They provide drivers and lets you update to official firmwares.
But I usually don't trust these programs with my phone, and they tend to give issues.
Something you had in mind on doing to your phone?

When i connect my phone to laptop i see Samsung EZupdater, media player n mass storage. I wonder why nothing happen when i push EZupdater, and when i connect to kies mini nothing happen too

It supposedly comes with the phone, but honestly, forget about them.
They are obsolete by now, and they don't provide anything you won't find in our device's forums.

I've been having problems connecting my phone to a PC via USB. I've tried it on two computers now and the phone will be recognized but then disconnected repeatedly. Does anybody know what could be causing this? Is it a hardware problem or some kind of faulty driver? I've done a system wipe/reinstall of a ROM and it doesn't help.

could be the port itself. if you're not careful you can tweak the port so the cable does not remain snug. my old BB charger works as long as i put the phone face down. the correct cables also have a better jack that fits deeper and tighter.

Tried a new cable and it seemed to be better. Good for nothing Amazon cable. Thanks for the advice!
