this is just an app pack. it has fonts and the libs needed for the apps but it doesn't have the framework stuff that includes the lock screen, notification bar and other new additions.
we already had links to packages like this in the themes and apps sections. i just want to make it clear that this doesn't give you android 4.2 in any way shape or form. just a few updated system apps.

How to theme lockscreen icons with Xposed Icon Themer

I have seen many asking for a way to change the icons on the lockscreen as many of you have custom icons and certain launchers and whatnot. So this new Xposed Icon Themer was released a few days ago which lets you apply icon packs (adw/nova/apex icons) to your system instead of just having launcher made themes.
Of course to use this your gonna need Xposed Framework, which you can download here:

Make sure to follow all the instructions to getting the procedure done
For those of you who already have Xposed Framework built into the room I would suggest you do a new install with the one on the link since they can be different versions.
Then as following install the Icon Themer Apk:

Once in there you easily apply an icon pack and soft reboot.
You will get this as a result so happy icon changing to all

I put together a installer for a bunch of popular apps, please let me know if anyone want other apps i can add to the list.

That's the program inused, I trying to get a hold of the creator to update it for our devices. It works but I think since the resolution changed from the note 2 to the 3 that it is a little touch sensitive lol as you might see

Gravity Box & XuiMOD and xblast..... does not work fully, in fact many functions does not work and makes phone laggy, but do try it out as some good features are there. i am not using them.

I've looked everywhere and only found one post referencing the issue, but no help. Usually when this happens I'm missing something very basic. I've applied a couple icon packs with unicon and no dice. I'm rooted, on a stock rom, stock launcher, xposed frm wrk installed.Does any one know how I can change the app drawer icon?

Yes. I made a zip themer mod for it. Go into the themes/apps sections of nexus 5 forums and check out the candy shop thread. My mod Is on page 241 I believe. Just swap out the images you want. If you're not comfortable doing it just pm me and I'll make it for you.

Unicon hasn't been updated to work with newer Xposed framework versions or Kit Kat.

with unicon 1.6.6 and xposed framework 2.4.1 it's working for me on kitkat (cm11). still have the app drawer icon issue but i'll be looking into the mod in the nexus 5 forum. thanks

Yea, just realized yesterday that it had been updated. Very happy. No idea about the drawer icon though. Sorry.
