[Q] Slideout Keyboard Problem - HTC LIBRA (SMT5800)

Hi, i have an issue with my phone... I was texting then suddely the slideout keyboard started malfuctioning
The space, function, ****/caps and the period wont work. Also the two softkeys wont work... All the other keys work fine, and the weird thing is, when I press shift+backspace and function+enter it types "mx"
I hope its a software problem cuz right now I dont have money to get it checked out and its an old phone so theres no warranty to use

[Q] Accidently Disabled Touchpad

I was hoping for a way to disable the touchpad while I type and may have stumbled across a way of doing it. Unfortunately, I did it by mistake and don't know how to get it back. I picked up the tablet with the keyboard attached and hit a few keys on the right side of the board by mistake. Now I have no touchpad/curser. I did a cold reboot and still can't get it back. Any ideas? All the keys work just fine..

I did the same thing...
Fn + the key to the upper left of 3 (touch pad looking icon)

[Q] Problem with PRIME 1.5 and dock special keys

I upgraded to PRIME 1.5 and tried to change my keymap to dvorak using the instructions on this site (can't link to thread because I'm too new). I since changed the asusec.kl and qwerty-en_US.kl files back to what they were when I found them. Now I've found that the majority of the special keys don't work on the dock. The only ones that do work are Browser, Skip Back, Play/Pause, Skip Forward, Mute, Vol Up, and Vol Down. None of the other keys works.
If the tablet is locked, none of the keys unlock it like they used to. It's almost like the Generic keyboard is being used instead of the asusec.kl file...
Has anyone else run into this? Suggestions?

I reinstalled PRIME and didn't install the modified dock widget and now the special keys work again. My guess is the modified dock widget isn't exactly the same code as the existing one and it doesn't take into account that it's not a stock keyboard. Guess I'll just have to forgo having the dock battery % in the bottom right.

Swype, keyboard, weird menu popped up?

I was curious about my Swype keyboard on my Galaxy.
I hit something by accident and the input keyboard area turned into a bunch of big buttons with arrows and direction on them.
Anyone know what this is or how to get it to show again?
I hit the return key fast before I realized it was too late. lol

Swype from the tips key (the one in the bottom left) to the SYM key (the one to the right of it) and you'll pull up a new set of inputs designed to help you navigate text.

for me the swype keyboard keeps freezing and i have to switch inputs to the regular keyboard, then back to swype to reset it. it will last for about a day then freezes up again. I'm running a stock rom on evo 3d. im planning on rooting and running a custom rom, but i was wondering if it happens to more than just my phone.

[Q] How do you make the dock keyboard shortcut keys work?

I've installed FROZEN ROM and one of it's issues is that the dock shortcut keys aren't working. I've been searching around but to no avail, so i was wondering if anyone knows how to make those shortcut keys work.

You havnt searched very hard
The answer is: you need the asus keyboard apk.

I already have it but all the keyboard works except the shortcuts.
