I was looking for this CID 02_001 RUU but i can't find any wich work...
Any sugestions?
If there isn't a RUU for your CID, you need to supercid and then you can use any RUUs.

I think you can if your phone is s-off. just change your cid to that of the ruu you are flashing or changed cid to super cid which 11111111.

As long as you are S-ON you cant downgrade HBOOT any way...not even by running a RUU
as you are 1.27 HBOOT....you can try JB SOFF noob proof guide here
then once you obtain SOFF you can run any RUU
Also for running RUU ...your cid should match the RUU's otherwise RUU will fail
if you are superCID and SON then any ICS RUU runs
or
if you are superCID and SOFF then ANY RUU will run for you
use JB soff and then you can downgrade you hboot by flashing 1.18 firmware

This does not downgrade your hboot. The 2.31 RUU also comes with hboot 1.14, which is why you can run it.

Use the 1.78 RUU by S-OFF, otherwise, there's nothing you can do apart from changing your CID to HTC__001 and choosing Europe RUU
