actually my touchscreen working very well, just touchscreen wount work with ICS roms.
so if you have same problems, then easy solution is to use 3.12 fw and some gingerbread rom.
im looking forward to have ICS rom working, so far no luck

You should let him know that eventually in GB it won't work anymore either. I wonder what is causing the TSD to burn out, or not work.

This is definitely one of the weirdest things ever ... new fw, new drivers and still not working. How come is that related to the OS?
Hi Guys,
I had the same issues with the tochscreen not responding. I tryed different firmwares and roms but the tochscreen did not work at all.
Now I'am back on Gingerbread and Hboot 1.17 everything works again.
Strange, hope the Problem would be fixed. but i don't think so. Nobody elese seems to have that problem.
Anyway thanks for your support.
Another dude with the same problem ...

This is getting popular
i will try now latest 3.32 firmware and ARHD.. hope that helps...
LATER...
..and still no luck.. so i will put old firmware and ginger back..
So any info about, how to resolve this problem would be awesome! my phone just dont like ICS rom..GB roms are ok
i have the same problem, but my problems got bigger.
i never did something to my sensation xe before.
I received from HTC OTA ICS. So i installed it. After it was done, i can move my lockring, but when i release it, my phone hangs. Same problem with simcard insert. I can touch a number and then the phone hangs.
After this i got some help and i unlocked my phone with htc dev unlock. Installed 4ext. With 4 ext my touchscreen works as a charme.
Installed ARHD 6... and rebooted. Same problem, can touch 1 time and then phone hangs.
My biggest problem now is that i have HBoot 1.27. I need to downgrade Hboot to install gingerbread again, witch worked fine before.
Can anyone help me with this?? Is it already possible to s-off and go back to Hboot 1.17??
Where can i download: ARHD 4.1.1.3??
Problem Solved
i got the ICS on my phone today! and touchscreen working!
i tried several roms with right firmwares etc but nothing and now i finally tried stock recovery:
http://vi8.info/HTC-Sensation/Stock-Recovery/
i used this rom package: PG58IMG.zip Full hTC Stock RUU 3.33.401.6 (All-in-1-ZIP-ICS) , i placed it into sd card and rebooted to bootloader, there you need to flash it like firmware and it updates everything.
so, now i have ICS and now probally i need to root it again.
problem solved!

Any way to flash radio on 2.20 from ATT after unlock?

Hey guys, I was updated to the ATT 2.20 which I guess included the 1.14 hboot and have now rooted through the new technique with a custom rom. However I have found that the radio was not updated along with the rom and the radio thread states that I cannot update with the ATT 2.20. I personally do not care much but my problem is that my phone regularly reboots by itself in standby and it also freezes very often when someone calls in. I am pretty sure most my problems are related to the radio.
Is there any way to update the radio with the new hboot? If so could you please point me in the right direction? And I am running the Venom rom and flashed the kernel separately through fastboot.
My process was similar:
screwed up rooting on 1.85, forced into 2.20, rooted recently with new exploit.
except i chose cleanROM.
and i don't have any of those problems.

Can you not flash the radio through fastboot?
i personally like the radio that comes with 2.20. i flashed the 2.40 cm10 flashable and didn't notice a difference.
I also had a nasty problem with freezing/reboots when trying to answer incoming calls. Only way it wouldn't freeze was running stock software. I'm on 2.20 with 1.14 hboot. Every sense rom I tried caused the issue. Finally flashed over to CM10, a couple small issues but at least I can make and receive calls.
This is the first thread I've found where someone had the same issue as me, I swapped the first phone I got out for a new one thinking it was defective. :-\

[Q] Wifi won't connect on any JB ROM... :(

Hello. I've tried several rom's without any luck on the whole wifi connectivity issue... I tried paranoid android, pacman, bruce's aokps, etc.
None of them allow me to connect to a wifi network, not just the one I have at home but literally ANY.
I tried everything suggested on these posts and still can't solve the problem:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1648992
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2048022
If anyone happens to know how to fix this please help me out. I highly appreciate it
This is what my bootloader says (S-OFF thru Juoponut's Bear wire trick):
-Revolutionary-
PYRAMID PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-11.24A. 3504. 31_M
OpenADSP-v05.6.0.2226.00.0418
eMMC-boot
I'm currently back to ViperS 1.4.1 because it's ICS and it works just fine on those ics based roms.
Got it working
Well I finally got it working... just had to go back to stock thru .img file in bootloader and re root. Now everything is working perfect on JB
Wifi, bluethoot and FM Radio don't working

Please, just for my info tell me when wifi does not working did Bluethoot and FM Radio work. This is my problem but I never go back to stock and maybe I should do.
Strange I was running paranoid rom and Wi-Fi worked perfectly! Now I'm running pac man and Wi-Fi works perfectly also. Wonder why it wasn't working for you??

Yes. BT and FM Radio worked fine when I had that problem. You may want to try reflashing your ROM. Wipe everything but SD before doing it...
If it still has issues try going back to stock thru the bootloader PMG*** file (something, I can't remember the name).

[Q] Hboot 2.15 and wifi probs

Hi all!
After ditching my Desire HD, I bought myself a HTC One S for its faster soc and better screen.
As I was used to having everything working on my former phone I'd expect this for the One S as well..
So far I've reached Unlocked bootloader, SuperCID and S-Off. Still on HBoot 2.15 though.
On PAC-man Rom at the moment and experience some Wifi problems as its not connecting to all wifi networks, yet some of m work.
Tried all sorts of radios from the Development forum, Sense version, Temporally version and CM version. None seem to take effect.
Tried some different Kernels as well, same outcome..
Tried ViperRom (with and without update) this morning and Wifi isnt able to switch on, even after different kernel and radios..
In short... is there a way to get all types of Wifi working on AOSP or Sense rom?
Is it neccessary to downgrade HBoot (as there is bricks reported)?
I'm on 2.15. S-off. Super cid. But I never had wifi problems. Have you tried the wi-fi fix on the radio thread?

I have not found a seperate file tot flash or push for wifi fix, so i presume it is incorporated in the aroma installable radios.
Wat ROM are you on?
OK. Here's what I've found out..
Since I'm really anonoyed by my phone not connecting to all types of Wifi I flashed an RUU.
I did this during SuperCID and S-OFF and just ran a .exe RUU.
First one I tried: RUU_Ville_U_HTC_Europe_1.09.401.1_R_Radio_0.14.3059.14_2_release_243825_signed.exe
It had no effect, booted up, yet Wifi was not fixed.
Next one I tried: RUU_Ville_U_HTC_Europe_1.53.401.2_Radio_0.15.31501S.19_10.12.31501S.06L_release_251412_signed.exe
And voila my Wifi worked.
On Hboot 1.06 now, flashed recovery and next PAC-Man ROM v20.0.0.
Now my Wifi again is selective like it was before.
I hope someone has an idea where to look as I simply don't understand what the problem is..
Tried the Temporary Radio V2 as well, no effect.
Anyone?
In the developer forum there is a radio thread with the WiFi fix.

Yes, as mentioned, I have tried the wifi fix, doesnt make a difference :s
Have you tried switching your hboot around?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38387544&postcount=148
Thanks for the hint.
However something I found out was that the new version of VenomROM V2.1 does give me full Wifi.
Unfortunately I don't realy like Sense Roms and rather have a different one.
I redownloaded PACman v20.0 and have tried all Hboot versions, none seem to make an improvement on Wifi capability.
Some work, some won't..
Going to try one or two Hboots with different Radio's from Temp Radio installer V2.
Anyone got an idea? Or perhaps a nice Hint again

Touchscreen not working in AOSP ROM's

Hi Guys
Seems like this would be one of those things that's been answered before but couldn't find anything
I'm trying to flash AOSP ROM's from Viper, I have tried several ROM's
I haven't got any problems with flashing but when I get into the ROM I have no touch screen, it's completely unresponsive. Volume rocker works so I know the phone is responding, just wont take any inputs from the touchscreen
The screen is fine, it works in Aroma and I went back to Viper and that was fine too.
I have upgraded firmware and HBOOT
I also tried manually flashing the boot.img from the AOSP ROM's but no luck
I'm sure it's something small I'm missing, anyone know what it is?
HBoot 1.27.1100
Firmware 3.32
Radio 11.22.3504.07_M
S-OFF
Bump
Can anyone help me?
One more time

Which ROMs did you try? Also, did you try upgrading the firmware to 3.33?
Can you try CM10 and see what happens? From a quick google search, I found a case where the problem was driver related, and flashing newer drivers for the touchscreen worked. Also, does the problem happen n ICS sense ROMs?
