[DEV] help needed in AOSP Rom port

guys m' from ideos x6 forum, & porting rom from x5 which uses msm7230 cpu same as desire z
while x6 uses msm8255 cpu as that used by desire s..
now the problem is the poted rom don't having working gsm signal..
pls any dev. guide which files are needed to used/edited from our original stock rom to get signal...
also created a same thread @desire z forum but no one is helping
pls help..

Hi. Why don't you PM Proxuser or mmmcfc ? They do a lot of porting work, and should be the right people to help you out.
For more in-depth knowledge, you can also PM our very own master developer Lowveld... He seems to have a Midas touch with everything. One of these three should give you the answer you need...

Porting AOSP ROM's are very hit and miss when porting. It would be very difficult to help without actually having the device. Here is a guide I found though .. http://www.freeyourandroid.com/guide/porting-android

LeWa ROM temporarely give away

Hi guys!I m sorry to tell you that i need to focus on school for some time (about a month).So i need a developer to continue my work on LeWa port.
I will continue updating BlazR but not very often.
As i said this will be temporarely.
Any help will be wellcome.
So who wants to help me by continuing my work on LeWa Port?

My goal is to fix/find someone who can fix my rom's bugs (signal,audio,graphics-optionaly).

[Q] learning how to create your own ROM

Hy everyone,
does anybody could help me in finding a good website that teach how to make my own ROM?
I've searched on the internet, and am posting here just to see what you guys are using as a reference in making ROMs
oh, and also if possible, it teaches how to build roms especially for P3110 by using stock Jelly Bean as its source
any help would be appreciated :fingers-crossed:

Umm, yes I'm new to XDA mythi. I'm thinking of this thread as a bridge to any Rom-developing thread that could be found, and also, having references from experienced devs like yourself (great work with Galaxy Peria / Fast Dream ) is different from using search. Anyway, thank you for the help

You should post more info, like device base, logs, etc if want help of the devs..
You need a device with similar processor

Where is the ROM ?it is just image. Have you downloaded and tried it ?
