Although there are alot of post to comprehend, we are not going to spoon feed you. Work to gain what you want, nothing is easy. Feel better to work for it anyways.
I'm not aware of porting at all. Maybe you guys can help me start off on this. How does it work and how can i port Cyanogenmod to certain devices...i'm looking for a general type of guide which explains what i need in order to make a successful port.

Could be that "libaudio" sources in the device files is not compatible with JB.
Try without that directory...

Its a Jelly Bean Port for Iconia 500 tab which runs on Tegra 2 even though it's a little different SOC the guy who made it could help you.

Ok. There's something that should you know. Keep always learning and learning, if it's hard to find something that you want, it's easy that you just search by Google. Beside that, i know u are been welcomed to XDA.
