EDIT: Rebooted 10.1 and Netflix works fine now.
YouTube and Google Play Movies work fine on my Note 10.1
Netflix works fine on my Note 8.0 as well.

Hi all, I have recently bought a galaxy s4 and wanted to try out the group play feature. I have tried connecting to my note 10.1 (wifi only version) but just get a message saying no mobile ap's. Is it possible to use group play between these two devices?. Both are totally stock and unrooted. If so, how do I do it?.
Thanks Scotty.
I believe group play was an S4 thing... Nothing before the S4 supports it, that was the selling point...
Maybe Note 10.1 2....

my note 10.1 has group play installed on it and is totally stock. Group play is uninstallable which means it must be part of the stock firmware right?.

UPDATE:
I have tried using group play between mine and my son's note 10.1 and it works great. Just seems that your unable to use it between the note and the S4. Think it must be due to the S4 running 4.2.2
I looked at it a little early on, between my and my husband's Note 10.1, but couldn't really find a use for it. What do you use it for?
I just bought the Note 12.2 today and have been trying to use the SideSync app to bring my Note 3's screen onto my Note 12.2. I have downloaded everything possible from the Samsung app store for my Note 3 but cannot get the devices to see each other. Does anyone know how to get the 2 to see each other o I can easily move files and notes from one to the other?
Been trying as well for my note 2 I believe the sidesync app showing up for phones is an older edition. The one on the tab is sidesync 3.0

Have you tried Samsung Smart Switch Mobile? I've been using it and havent had any problems. It can be found in Samsung Apps.
I have the same issue with my note 3 and note pro 12.2. It might be because the pro is kitkat and the note is jelly bean. I hope you guys find a solution for that or maybe we can pull it out from the Internet or something the sidesync 3.0 as apk

Can't get them too connect via that either. Though that pairing is thru audio, strange.
Using Mighty text for now.
I'm starting to think we can class action Samsung at some point. This is my 5th note device, I'm tired of not having all functions work as advertised. I'm fine with paying premium, but how can can I use and show off a cool feature that doesn't work?

I was able to get it to work but I do have kitkat on my Note 3 for AT&T though I can't text from the phone through the app which would be handy to have working.
I'm rather disappointed. I purchased a Moto G for my son, in lieu of an iPod Touch. After configuring everything and installing aps, I see that Disney Junior Watch is not compatible with the device. This is one of the reasons behind the purchase.
Anyone else find a way around this issue?
Also, does anyone know which devices are supported by Disney Junior Watch? I know that the Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Nexus are.
You can try downloading the apk

Thanks. Yeah, I downloaded the apk and side loaded it. The app executes but the videos only play with audio.

I don't even see the app on the maker, both on moto g and nexus 5. It must be some regional restriction?
Do you see it in the market?Where are you from?
United States
I contacted Disney support and they responded with a list of compatible Android mobile devices:
Kindle Fire (2nd Gen), Kindle Fire HD 7.0", Kindle Fire HD 8.9", Kindle Fire HDX (on the Amazon Appstore)
nabi 2, nabi 2 Disney Edition, nabi 2 Nickelodeon Edition, nabi Jr, nabi XD (on the App Zone)
Google (LG) Nexus 4, HTC One, Samsung Galaxy SII, SIII, S4, Samsung Galaxy Note, Note 2
Google (Samsung) Nexus 10, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1
P.S. It works on a Nexus 5 and a Nexus 7 2012, neither of which are listed in their response.

Not my work I found it and it works great on my note 8.0 as well as galaxy tab 3 7.0 and galaxy tab 4 10.1
But sure to give proper thanks to the man who made this for us
This is not my work but I found it and it works great so I figured I'd share. It is for chromecast cast screen. This feature is currently only available for a few devices but using this it works perfectly on my tab 4 10.1, my tab 3 7.0, and my note 8.0 just As it works on my note 3 which is one of the devices that do have the feature. Again this is not my work so be sure to give thanks to the fellow who got this working for us.
