Not my work I found it and it works great on my note 8.0 as well as galaxy tab 3 7.0 and galaxy tab 4 10.1

I heard that Samsung decided to let use multi windows code by developers. Do You think Galaxy Tab 2 will get this features ?
I don't know. But it will be great to see on our Galaxy Tab 2.
I have this function on my Samsung Galaxy S3, but it useless becasue of height LCD which is little bit small for this function. I hope that multiwindow will works great on Galaxy Tab 2.

Multi-Window is one thing I have on my Galaxy Note 2 that I really wish my Tab 2 SGH-T779 had, the T-mobile varient of the Tab 2.
I tried installing the Xposed Framework on it, but ended up with a boot lockup so I had to rip that back out, unfortunately.
If anyone ever progresses in this, I'll be trying to keep up with it and see where things go.

This is not my work but I found it and it works great so I figured I'd share. It is for chromecast cast screen. This feature is currently only available for a few devices but using this it works perfectly on my tab 4 10.1, my tab 3 7.0, and my note 8.0 just As it works on my note 3 which is one of the devices that do have the feature. Again this is not my work so be sure to give thanks to the fellow who got this working for us.

mm its updated i mean its possible now for everyone
but i want to know if i can mirror my screen without having a internet connection to my chromecast like miracast does

As the title states, the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 doesn't seem to have a Screen-Mirroring feature. I believe it is also a 2014 edition too. I've checked the notifications tab when sliding down the screen, and there isn't any option to mirror my screen.
I've tried several third party apps as well, one being mira-cast which didn't help. I'd prefer not to root my device also.

Hi and welcome to XDA!
From what I read here I see that you have a SM-T230NU.
Tab 3 7 and Tab 4 7 don't have screen mirroring, only the 8.0 and 10.1 do.
The SM-T230NU model is indeed a Tab 4 7, so no screen mirroring for you on that tab.
