I guys planning on moving to SIII but then I saw Optimus G, despite having the resolution that no LG again..I kind of like it. What are your reviews and thoughts. Thanks for your time.
Optimus G is a very good phone.. but LG's support , sucks..!
even now despite it's a flagship for lg, it's still on 4.1..!
if you don't care 16Gb of storage, go to nexus.. it's the best..! (already got 4.3!!!)
Optimus G for sure better than S3 and even better than Nexus 4
if you can afford Optimus G Pro that would be awesome it runs snapdragon 600 at 1.7 cpu with true HD screen 1080p
the only phone that has 1080p screen at that 5.5 inch screen

Snapdragon 600 is shocking powerful, that's for sure. I have Motorola Droid RAZR M (which has Snapdragon S4+ MSM8960) and have thrown anything that will choke my LG Thrill 4G and Galaxy Captivate Glide, including Nintendo 64 emulator, it took it like a champ. It's mind-blowing. Krait CPU's a 7-issues, 11-stages superscalar out-of-order processor, basically a custom version of Cortex A15.
And not only that, there's a superscalar GPU (Adreno 225 and beyond) with multiple superscalar shader issues, which you will have big advantages in 3D gaming, HD video processing AND general-purpose supercomputing (OpenCL).
Yet, it's up to you. There are plentiful of Snapdragon S4+ and S4 Pro (including 600, 800) - based smartphones, including RAZR M.

Please users, tell me which phone is better. I wanna buy one of these 2 phones.

I documented myself and found that lg optimus one has 2.3, bigger screen, but 600 mhz, and optimus me has 800 mhz.

Definetly Optimus One. I didn't find anything about Me CPU, but I storngly believe that it is the same 600 mHz. also Optimus One still does not have oficial 2.3 upgrade, but there ar some custom ROMs. I recommend you Optimus One form these two phones
Get a LG O1,its just great...
Been using it for about a month now running on CM7 overclocked to 768 Max and 600 Min.
Runs like heaven..Plus u got lots of custom roms to choose from...

I've been Thinking of switching to Android from symbian..., but confused b/w LG P500 And Samsung Gio..., Guys please give some suggestions..., main confusion is LG P500 have 600mhz (MSM7227) with 419MB RAM where as Gio have 800mhz (MSM7227-1 Turbo) with 278MB User RAM, Which one should i buy?

Well I have Optimus One with Custom ROM installed and also overcloacked (CPU bootsted) to 806 mHz, but can't say anything about Gio. although Optimus One is a great phone for its price if you consider that too.

LG Optimus One P500
I got the LG Optimus one. I got it at a good deal, and at the time I bought it, the Galaxy Gio wasnt available. It was out on the market, but not at the shop. I decided on the Optimus One over the Galaxy Cooper. The cooper looked nicer, and had more pleasing aspects, however I read that the Cooper's battery wasn't as good as could be, and that the Optimus' battery was among the best out there. I am very happy with my choice, however I do not know anyone with a Cooper to compare. My buddy is going to buy the Gio. Again, it seems more aesthetically pleasing than the Optimus one, but speaking from experience, I do know that the Optimus one is reliable, good looking, and runs great while rooted/with mods.
So the question is, which one did you buy?
Well, my friend bought his galaxy gio today. It is a bit of a pain in the butt to get kies installed and everything up and running. We are also having a problem with the power control drop down menu. it isnt showing the data packet icon, and the one in the widget menu doesn't either. Also the menu system isn't as nice as the LG's. It reminds me of an OVI system because of its set up.
Basically it is a nice phone, but I prefer my LG more.

my phone is O1, I think I would take O1 over Galaxy Gio as well....If Galaxy Ace's price is not too much higher than O1, then maybe you can consider Ace. But I think one of the major factor you need to consider is the O1 XDA dev community is very active, not too sure about Ace.

R is bigger (i personally find Ace size optimal for a phone rather than PDA) and more expensive (another £60), so the Ace2 = more bang for buck.
Optimus, very similar, better spec(?) - dislike the 4 hardbuttons layout.
S Advance appears to have 1ghz dual core. But at this stage looks like a 295£ phone.
Wouldn't touch a Nokia smartphone.
Ace 2 it is then!

Hi everyone, first of all, i dont know if this is the right section. Dont get angry!
So heres my question. I have an Xperia T, and my father a LG 4X HD. As my father doesnt mind me trading it with him, I am considering it. I will use it mainly for WhatsApp and gaming. Is the 4X HD able to run games like Modern Combat 4?

Yes and as the Optimus 4x has a tegra processor you would gain access to the tegra games as well which in general offer better graphics then normal games. It is also a pretty modern device so you should have no problems with games
If u don't mind about lg bad support.. Lg 4x is a quad core smphone which has the same benchmarks like s3, one x, n4...
Xperia T is very very good but dual core..
Xt is clocked 1.5 (x2=3.0).. and LG 4x 1.5 (*4=6.0)!!!

there is a octacore galaxy s4 but octacores are actually worst than quad/duel cores, so like if a phone is a octacore clocked at 2.3ghz, all the cores would not be clocked at that it would all add up to 2.3ghz most would be at 1.2ghz or 1.5ghz, there really is no point of octacore phones. phones are not yet computers a moto x or LG G2 would be fine.

Today's octa cores are quad + quad cores. Not true octacores. So if you can wait you should wait till next year. Coz I think they'll make their way to the market by next year. Anyways LG g2 is a nice device. But don't expect it to be updated to anything more than Kitkat.
