Has anyone done this yet, or found step by step instructions on how to do this as I am thinking about buying a new casing unit for this s710 i just got that is in bad shape.
I have HTC assembly instructions which help obviously, but wondering if anyone has stumbled upon any user-made disassembly instructions.

Can some one please tell me if there is a difference between the Desire S and the Desire S G12? Can I use the cover linked above?
I wrote to a couple of sellers on ebay asking if the case would fit and got replies such as this:

But i have a brand new Case-Mate Barely There case for the Desire S
