Hey, can anyone please tell which kernels are compatible with this ROM and which one would you recommend? Thanks.

Because it's a cm10 based Rom, cm10 based kernels will work. To answer your second question, try them all and see which you like best.
Or read the first post to match up the features you find will benefit you most.

This is incorrect. The MIUI5 ROM for our device is Sense based. You will need a Sense kernel and not an AOSP kernel.

Hi,
I wonder if it would be possible to have the stock Android ICS rom on your One S? I know you can make your own roms (like blackdragon (wich i'm using now) or leedroid or whatever you want. But I prefer a stock android without launchers . )
Is it possible to have the Stock Android on it? And how do you do that?
Thanks!
Look for AOSP / AOKP / CM9 ROMs, all these are stock android, AOSP is stock, The rest are stock with added options, tweaks, ect.
Have you tried AOKP? It's a stock-looking ROM, but with a ton more features.
Do any of these have the built in TMOUS WiFi calling yet?

I prefer AOKP actually, just because it has more tweaks than CM. theres a JB AOKP in the dev section, give it a shot if you havent already:good:
AOKP is a good way to go! Try frankinstine's!
Thanks for the input so far

CyanogenMod gets more frequent updates because of the larger user base rather than AOKP, and AOKP has a lot more tweaks to implement into the ROM
I use Bruce's CM10 with Dragunkernel.

How long have you been running it with dragun kernel?
Any issues?
I have been on that Rom for awhile now and never changed the kernel because I assumed the Rom would work best and if you flashed a different one it may break things

I can't seem to find the Dragun kernel in the Android development section. Was it removed?

I think it may be but I am unsure. I liked the kernel with all of the different governors he had up. Will the kernel from this thread work with Bruces CM10 rom?

Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
There's no real point. We have plenty of aosp ROMs to choose from already.
Sent from my Evita
Isn't the new camera app already ripped from the new 4.2.2 roms? The only thing that has changed in that app is the setting are easier to reach without holding your thumb down on the screen to make them appear.
Are there any stock 4.2.2 roms?
Update: Stock like CM but without all the added features.

Aosp would be it. I believe there is one.
Guess I was wrong, there doesn't seem to be one. Closest is cm10.1 or aokp
Sent from my One X using xda app-developers app
Evervolve is pretty close to vanilla aosp, it does have a few customization options but they are few. It isn't supported anymore though. Its a shame, I loved the 4.1 version.

thankyou

The simple answer is no. The only way you can do it is to use a Sense ROM.
Sent from my Evita
Why is that exactly
Sent from my HTCONE using xda app-developers app
If you want Sense, why would you be on CM in the first place? Or another way to phrase the question might be: what features of Sense do you like, and what features of CM do you want?
But no, you can't just install Sense like its an app or something. Its deeply integrated into the ROM itself. There are some variations of the Sense ROM, with some AOSP-like features integrated and Sense features removed. But depending what features you want (Sense vs. AOSP, as posed above) they might not be what you want.
Doing what you are suggesting (integrating Sense into CM) would have to be done by a developer, and is too much work for too little benefit. Technically "possible" but not feasible in real world terms.

The exact "why" is explained well by rohan here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1780038
Rohan refers the the commonly asked question of porting the Sense camera to AOSP ROMs. But the same reasoning applies to the other Sense components, as well.
I only wanted a 4.2.2 Rom with sense. Most common being cm 10.1

Its not possible, so no.
Unless you consider "wait until an official Sense ROM with Android 4.2.2 is released" an option.

Not yet, that's why he said wait for one, since it looks like some carriers are rolling out 4.2.2 in Sept.
