Hi XDA, new to rooting for Galaxy Tab 2. So after I followed the instructions, I went to clockwork recovery mod and tried to apply update for Philz Mod. It gave me a signature verification error. Any help?

which tab you have? if the p-3100 then download the zip of p-3100 okey it's was the problem i think
you flashed wrong recovery, download again; )

and here is says " istalled A custom CWM 5.5" o.k.
I decided to upgrade the CWM to latest version but always ends with error. Tried also with rom manager just to update ClockworkMod Recovery to 6.0.5.0 but also without success.
Please be so kind and direct me to right path.
Do I even have to bother with this if i want to instal latest stable 4.x Cyanogen mod ? ( what instructions to follow to accomplish this goal.)

Hi, so I just rooted my samsung galaxy s2, and I want to get kitkat 4.4 on it, but I cannot install clockwork mod I download the file but its an .image file I have tried a few programs to convert to .tar but it hasnt worked please help. Has anybody got a decent guide on how to install cwm and get kitkat thanks.

I am trying to root the Tab 2 10.1 (P5113), without much success.
Here is what I have done so far:
I followed this guide here. All steps have been successful except that following the steps did not root the device. I tried installing both philz zip, as well as chainfire. Philz zip seemsto be installing just fine - except that it doesn't root the device.
Chainfire aborts the installation without further message.
Can someone help me? I would like to get Lollipop running on this tablet.
SOLVED! It was simply a matter of using the 5110 version. I had mistakenly used the 5100 version.
hey there, i want to install lollipop 5.1.1 on my galaxy note 1 n7000 4.1.2 but when i am trying to flash the cwm from my android system recovery 3e it gives me signature verification failed then i tried to flash the philz touch through odin and did not work. please help me i had been trying for almost 4 hours

hey guys. i have XPERIA T2 Ultra (D5303),4.3 android version that is rooted and with unlocked bootloader.I have 19.0.1.A.0.207 version and i want to install a custom recovery to it (CWM) but i cant find a working link for the .img file.Do you know any working link so i can download CWM.img file?thanks in advance!! (By the way i tried ROM MANAGER but a message appears saying5303 does not have an officially supported CWM Recovery yet.Have you installed a ClockworkMod based recovery manually?If i press yes it says confirm version and i have 2 options:ClockworkMod 2.x or ClockworkMod 3.x+)
