I used to have this feature using PA, but now I don't in Carbon.
It should still be there, right? What happened to it?

Gmail app has the ability to tap Archive and I think Reply right from the notification. How do I get it back?

I believe that is due to jb's expandable notifications. You should be able to go into either status bar or notification settings and choose the "always expand" option. That will enable your notifications to always be expanded which will show you these options. Alternatively, you can swipe down on the notification with two fingers and it will expand it for you.

Awesome. Thanks! Didn't know about the swipe. I set it back to always expand and it's back how I like it.

Go SMS, love stock as well and if the group text function worked I'd probably use that instead.
In the end it's all preference, try them all out and see which one you like best.

I've tried them all and keep returning to go sms. Great themes too

I use Go SMS. I found that Go and Handcent functioned pretty much the same for me, only Go has a 'send later' option that didn't exist in the last version of Handcent that I tried.
I was using Go SMS but then i started using stock after getting the inverted gapps.
Stock TW for me.

Definitely Go SMS Pro. Well worth it in the long run, but plan on spending an initial hour or so getting it set up just right... and then you're golden.
what I miss, and I wish someone would come out with is the app from my droidx that had EVERYTHING in it. SMS, MMS, emails (exchange, and pop3), facebook messages, etc.. all in one app.
there isn't anything like that is there?
What is this that... the + in the circle, left of the vibrate icon. (Screen shot included)
I looked on google and I can't find this "turn on notification" option...
Location services are off.
It's still part of the notifications. When they are turned on you get 3 lines to three right of it

Any way to make it disappear?
Flash a Rom. There may be a mod in developers section to get rid of that location services icon.

I think it has something to do with GPS. I was curious of it too and I read about it in the manual.

Found out it's the e911 location. Can't be disabled on stock but roms can remove the icon.
Does anyone know of a launcher that gets rid if the app drawer? I love the feature of miui but with the lack of updates I'd like to try a more current ROM.

I think this is the closest you will get.

You can also use nova launcher (or similar) and long press the app drawer and drag it off the screen. I guess you would have to set apps to 'auto add' after install from the market and drag each app out as well.... I usually get rid of the app drawer icon and set it to open with a swipe up...

Is there a lockscreen app that mimics the Sammy lockscreen? I love the swipe anywhere thing and the swipe for notifications. (like how the message notification shows up and you swipe from that to open the message) I'm using the circles lockscreen on aokp but it doesn't have the notifications.

Widgetlocker is the closest. Maybe go locker haven't used go locker in a coons age but widget locker is pretty tight
Alright, might give it a try. For sure won't use go locker, the only good thing go put out was messaging but it doesn't beat stock. Thanks for the reply.

Stupid question. I have gone thru settings and have not been able to find anywhere to change apps shown on the lock screen... Is it possible, or am I wasting my time?
