Hi,
I want to completely delete Backup Assistant Plus. I've already removed it from top setting menu, but still exists in "Storage"
I think I just need to hack com/android/settings/deviceinfo/Memory.smali, but I don't know how to hack it.
Anyone help me?
Here is my Memory.smali

Hello all,
I have a problem, i installed a .cab file which was taskbar icons.. now half the icons didnt work so i wanted to delete it through "remove programs" in settings as i always do.. but for some reason when i highlight the program and click "remove" it says "Darklord69 Tasbar was not completely removed. Do you want to remove it from the list of installed programs?"..
It wont remove it self from my system and it has completly stuffed up my icons.. is there another way i can delete programs and some how fix this issue?
Thank you.
Anyone had this same issue?
remove it, then when its says "cannot be removed" click ok, then install it again.... this should get rid of it
Do not remove from programs list, sort reset, then go and remove again. Should work.
Thanks guys.
I have tried all that but it didn't work i had to reset my phone back to manufactors default.
I rooted my phone and besides that got totally lost. I deleted my camera while using titanium backup, please help me get it back, I swear I'll never attempt to be smart again.
If you backed it up properly it'll be at the bottom of the list and greyed / crossed out. You'll be able to restore it from there.
If not, search for something like yourphonehere camera apk 2.2, then download it to your phone and install it from Downloads or a file manager.
Hello,
I noticed that if I install a new rom, setup the all thing and then I go back to a TWRP backup, I loose the possibility to install app from the browser Play Store and to locate my phone with Android Device Manager. I tried to remove and add back my google account, but it still doesn't work. I already have that with my previous phone, so it's not S6 related.
I couldn't find anything about that, I don't really know what to search for. Is it a common issue ? Somebody knows if it is possible to fix it without having to wipe ?
So I did a factory reset of my SGGP and I deleted bloatwear with Kingroot. Now my Smart Manager app doesn't work. It just says scanning when I try to click on the storage option. I use this often to move apps to my SD card. I deleted the Cheetah thingy, I forgot the correct name, and I think that may caused this issue. I am not sure. If it was that is there anyways I can reinstall it and fix it or will I have to factory reset again? And if that is not the issue can someone tell me why this app is not working?
Thank you so much in advance!
Hi !
You`ve done wrong , removing system apps without knowing what they need for may lead to problems .Factory reset after removal of system apps won`t bring them back. The only solution is to revert to stock , root it again and use a third-party application to FREEZE the undisered apps not to delete them
Good luck !
Hi everyone, I have a weird problem with my OnePlus 7 Pro. I made a mistake with an app that leaded me to edit some system files about screen resolution. Now the phone boots up, the main screen appears but I can't use any app. They result installed in the "all apps" menu, but I can't use any of them, neither the launcher or Google Apps, just the clock and the phone (that crashes immediately). How can I solve it? I'd like not to restore the phone, it's too long to backup and then restore all the data. Please, help :crying:

Click to collapse
Which version of the OS and what files did you change?
So you must be rooted, if you are messing with system files?
Cardinal rule with these devices (especially while doing root mods, etc.) is don't do anything, that you don't know how to reverse or recover from.
You should be able to flash the OTA file to the inactive slot, flash TWRP (installer zip) and install Magisk to inactive slot. Keeping data, and just keep motoring on!
