yes there is one for android or u can go to google and type Vintage Camera.apk there should be free to download
There's one called 'vignette' that I purchased, but there is a free ad supported version too. I'd recommend the paid version. It's in the app market.
I have the app (vintage) but 8mm vintage camera for iphone is amazing! !
Anyone try it? ?

I was wondering why is it that Apple always beats Android in devloping an app before them.
There are more android phones out there and it is open source.
But today I was searching for an app to download and read fortune magazine on my PLAY. But I was disappointed as there is no app that can offer this, while apple has a cool fortune app.
In some cases even if an app is available, it is limited to US and Canada.
Any ideas on how to read fortune on android?

Hi all, I have developed an app for Android, it's a flight simulation game, and now I want to upload it to the market.
My question is the format to upload it, for the best results. I have in mind 3 options:
1. A free lite app with little content of the game, and a paid full app.
2. A free full app with ads, and a paid full app with no ads.
3. The combination of 1 and 2: a free lite app with ads, and a paid full app with no ads.
It might even be another option, that would be just a paid full app.
What do you think, guys? Thank you for your time!
Only a free full app.

Yeah, that is not an option. I put so many hours in this, and I want a little reward.

Actually best option would be free with ads, then full no ads one to buy.
Those who don't buy apps might still click your ads and those who do buy apps can buy to remove ads.
As an added incentive to buy you could include something in paid version like extra levels or more support for different screen resolutions etcetera.

Just make the tablet version paid, OR, If the user buys full version, since its a flight sim, They will get more planes and more 'areas' to 'fly' on.
I've been asked to find a good android tablet for my 5 year old sister who is very good with technology and quickly picks up anything you throw at her.
It needs to be at least 7 inch, running ICS or JB and have good specs for the money!
But also a price tag of only £50-60 as its her first tablet and we do not know how she will treat it!
Preferable from a repitable website or ebay, amazon etc.
Thanks
James
Look into the nabi 2. While it's more than what you're looking for cost wise, it's an awesome tablet for kids (my son is 4) and it comes with a bumper (to protect it from tumbles) and 50 preloaded educational apps. You can also download more as well. Their support via Facebook is phenomenonal!

That are some awesome accessories like a keyboard, headphones, external battery charger pack, blocks to personalize her nabi, etc. Sold separately of course.
The only thing is that play store isn't offered just yet (they are currently working with Google to get certified) but they have their own app store and amazon is available. Also, it can be rooted to get the play store. It also has parental controls as well! Hth!

Just checked out all the specs and it looks pretty good, will do well for young children but don't you think theyre just a bit too young for a tablet??
Dont judge my baby! Lol. No he isn't especially since there are plenty of educational apps that supplements what he learns in daycare. Its not like he's watching youtube or anything, hence the parental controls. Plus it keeps him away from our computers and phones.
There is a youtube video showing how to root it.

I'm a producer as a hobby and I have tried many beat making apps but have yet to find one I like. Some are good but can't record and others just aren't so great. What your opinion/suggestion?

Electrum Drum
Kinda off topic, but I've been using something for a long time. It's not an app on android, or any phone. it's actually for psp (PlayStation portable). It's called beaterator. It's by far the best portable beat making app.
But on android, there's not much, I used this one that's called spc. Idk how much it is on play store, I got free as Amazon app of the day. It's pretty cool but not much to do on it. It's basically a bunch of loops you put together.
Thank you all for your suggestions, I have the ppsspp emu so maybe I can get beaterator to work.

Interested in this as well
Not a true "beat making" app, but I use Caustic. It is a full featured synth app with decent beatbox capabilities. Paid version is 7 bucks, but for me it was worth it.
