Error with recovery after changing kernel - HTC One S

Hi,
I tried to install paranoid and then CM10, so i changed kerner from 3.4 to modded 3.4 and then kernel from CM10
and now i have no recovery and cant install new one.
With fastboot flash recovery recovery.img command i have an error with bad signatures.
And with RUU flashing stock in "sending..."
I can get access to hboot (2.15)
im using this tutor. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=42540922
Please help what should I do
// i tried with another PC and the same

Simply download stock recovery from here and flash it with 'fastboot flash recovery ville_recovery_signed.img' to run an RUU according to your bootloader version and CID.
After that you should be able to reflash your custom recovery. You should take care to flash a working one, e.g TWRP 2.3.3.0.

100% SOLUTION:
Flash via fastboot Unlock_code.bin "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin"
But ONLY via fastboot, not RUU

Try to flash your custom recovery (Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img ) From fastboot of curse and then "fastboot oem lock" on CMD of curse.
and then try to flash your RUU again.
(I'ts will delete your Root and will back you to Stock ROM).

[Q] one xl stuck

Okay, I tried putting a new rom on my at&t one xl, and it did something horribly wrong. I was able to get to recovery and it told me I had no operating system, the I tried flashing a new rom again. At this point it restarted the phone got stuck at the splash screen and now I cant even get to recovery just the fast boot and boot loader. Any help would greatly appreciated.

hboot 1.14.002
s is off
cant remember recovery version since I can't access it
I had viper rom and I was going to cyanogen mod 10.1
and I thought I had a titanium backup but my whole sd card go deleted, so I mounted my sd card and got the rom again and flashed it and at that point I couldn't go back to recovery
Did you read the OP for cm10.1? It states in the requirements that you must RUU up to the latest (3.18) to run that ROM. In terms of your recovery, just flash it again from fastboot.

I must of completely overseen that. and sir the only option I have on my boot is fast boot, recovery, factory reset, clear storage, simlock, image crc, and power down. I don't know how to even flash things at this point.
and only options I fast boot are bootloader, reboot, reboot boot loader and powerdown
That's all you need to RUU, it's an exe file that you just run while your phone is connected in fastboot mode. You'll need top flash your recovery again, then you can flash a ROM.
Download the RUU
Run the RUU
Download recovery
Flash recovery
Flash ROM
The fastboot command to flash the recovery is:
fastboot flash recovery "recovery.img"
(The exact recovery filename, without the talking marks)
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Now you can enter recovery on your phone, mount usb storage, copy ROM to phone, flash ROM.

Can the 'bootloader' be downgraded to 25r?

As the title states...can we flash just the bootloader from 25R onto 30O using fastboot? And if so, therefore allow for the temporary boot of a custom recovery. Until now, I've only owned/flashed Samsung devices so still learning the fastboot idioms. Any ideas or nah?
You can boot a recovery without flash it .. fastboot boot recovery.img
Why are you wanting to downgrade a bootloader to 25R? There aren't any restrictions.
If you want to temporarily boot a recovery, then just type what nneves said.
Theres no need to downgrade your bootloader.
Since the firmware has been updated to 30O, this cannot be done. I used the 'boot recovery' method while on 25R, but for some reason (security?) they have blocked that exploit, hence the question at hand.
I had even tried this method I found in a Nexus forum:
Here's some instructions I compiled for doing useful things with your Nexus. Also includes instruction to root nexus 4 without installing a custom recovery. Basically, you save the customrecovery.zip file then fastboot boot into it (NOT install, and notice you have to type the full command specified below, not just "fastboot boot customrecovery.img") and then install using the custom recovery, install SuperSU.zip for unrooting:
1) Install all STOCK files:
./fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-XXX.img ./fastboot reboot-bootloader ./fastboot flash radio radio-XXX-XXX.img ./fastboot reboot-bootloader ./fastboot -w update image-XXX-XXX.zip ./fastboot oem unlock (to unlock bootloader)
2) If you want to keep stock recovery, fast boot BOOT into custom recovery and install SuperSu.zip: 3) Install SuperSu.zip file (to root)
./fastboot -c "lge.kcal=0|0|0|x" boot customrecovery.img
there used to be a 'fastboot boot recovery recovery.img' command, but Google removed it in 4.3, so now to simply boot into your custom recovery you can type 'fastboot -c "lge.kcal=0|0|0|x" boot customrecovery.img' instead and it'll do the same thing as the 'fastboot boot' command. Meaning it will revert to your stock recovery once you reboot. So boot into custom recovery, flash superuser (Koush or Chainfire's) and reboot. done.
It didn't work but maybe another code for our device is needed?
Just going to give this a little bump...
there is a stock 25R ROM zip floating around here somewhere. you should just be able to flash it via recovery using twrp, if you're just wanting to go back to flat stock. let me know if you can't find it, i think i may have it somewhere.
Wouldn't you need to unlock the bootloader to downgrade to 25R? I think that there would be some sort of check in the signed 25R OTA update that would prevent you from flashing it.

twrp wont work on xt1032

I unlocked the bootloader and flashed latest twrp using xt1032 img
when I try to go to recovery I get a " ! no command "
I have flashed it and reflashed it and cmd prompt says okay like it was successful???
help Confused
The no command screen is stock recovery. Try and run fastboot OEM unlock again
Also after you flash you must go straight into recovery or else when you do a normal power up the ROM will overwrite twrp.

s-off in custom rom

i have htc one xl evita stuck on this build for devloper purpuse only i download xl tool and flash recovery twm 2.5.0 and come in recovery mode i flash cm 10.1 but now i want go to stock rom i dont found stock rom for same cid so i want super cid but i have s-on i want to s-off in cm 10.1 and twm 2.5.0 only working other recovery not working
Get rid of the toolkit, it's flashed an unusable version of TWRP that's full of bugs, and it'll only cause more problems. Download the latest version of TWRP here:
http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/evita/openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.0-evita.img
Place the file in your fastboot folder (this is where fastboot.exe is located on your PC), connect your phone in fastboot mode (reboot to bootloader, connect usb cable, "fastboot usb" should now be displayed on the screen), open a command prompt from within your fastboot folder (shift + right click, select open command prompt here), and enter the following commands:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.0-evita.img
Code:
fastboot erase cache
Code:
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Now you have a good recovery version go and download the Kickdroid XL 5.0 ROM from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2400766
Install that ROM with TWRP. Now you can go and get s-off here:
http://Rumrunner.us
Now you can flash whatever you like. But Kickdroid is actually a pretty good ROM, very close to stock but with some optimisations.

thanks i s-off using rumrunners and flash with latest android 4.2.2
