Hi
I want to install cyanogen 10.1 on mt htc one S Ville C2 and I have really hard time doing it
It is rooted security unlocked and have TWRP loader installed but i can't install any rom. All I can do is restore backup, nothing else.
I also tried to use CWM recovery but after flashing recovery it won't boot, but TWRP is booting after flashing it back.
Pleas help.

So what I did was this: I've installed the cyanogenmod in my backflip, flashed the radio update with no problem, but I did the recovery to 1.5 and my phone didn't boot anymore, so I flashed with the original firmware ( AU 0.2.9) and now the mod don't seems to boot after installing it :/ now I can root, install j_r0dd recovery, wipe everything, and flash the mod ( lastest one) but it only gets in android screen, then reboots again :/ can you guys help me? hi ! After installing custom recovery and unlocking my bootloader i did nandroid backup of my htc one x .i then installed custom rom but after some days i have reinstalled my stock rom from the nandroid backup i made earlier but i am still unable to install OTA update of jelly bean although i have installed stock recovery and relocked my bootloader.The OTA update get stucks in the middle while installing and then the phone with red triangle comes.Can anyone plz tell me what am i missing? any suggestions?
Hello there, I have a HTC Desire 600 Dual, I rooted it, Dev unlocked, installed Clockwork touch recovery, Couldn't get S-OFF, couldn't install BusyBox, some ****ty errors appear, and can't install SuperUser higher than v1.02, other ones just don't work, cuz of ****ty root I think.
So the main problem I have is that there is a update for the phone, when I donwload and try to install it from Clockwork recovery I get error massage, I think the problem is that the update phone is trying to install doesn't communicate well with custom recovery. So I want to flash Stock recovery to it, install the update and then reflash custom recovery. So I need a stock recovery image... please help
P.S. If you can help me with S-OFF, BusyBox and SuperSU, I'll be glad to hear you :good:
hey can you guys help me with installing a custom rom on my one. im fairly new at installing roms on HTC. very familiar with samsungs but anyways. my htc is rooted and s-off, i'm currently on 5.0.1 4.17.605.5.....ive tried to install a custom rom but after the installation is done it keeps going into a recovery loop....i used both twrp and cwm for recovery but both end up with a recovery loop...any ideas why this is occuring....also the rom i tried to install was skydragon and lolligpe

You could try extracting the boot.img from you custom rom, placing it in your adb folder, then flash the boot image all by itself with TWRP. That has pulled me out of bootloops....
Im new to this flashing rom thing, but i catch on real fast if explaned to well... Anyways i have been trying to install a custom rom which i got from this site as well and when i installed the rom it loads up to the screen and iwas able to configure everything but it stucks after i finish configure it and and it only says loading for hours but wont go away .... Can someone help me please and tell me what to do???
N.B
1. bootloader is already unlocked
2.Phone is rooted
3.Phone is wiped before proceeding to install the rom

I did not flash the ROM that you mentioned (Primo-S)!
Which recovery do you use to flash the custom rom? I had some issues with CWMR and had to switch to TWRP ... to flash CM 11 on the Desire-S.

After rooting the phone (with CMWR) I flashed TWRP recovery to the HTC Desire S (TWRP-saga-2.8.7.0-unofficial.img)
After booting in recovery I installed CM 11 (cm-11-20150702-UNOFFICIAL-XNG3C-saga.zip)
Due to the limited space on the HTC Desire S I installed only a reduced set of GAPPS afterwards (gapps-444-base-20150818-1-signed.zip plus some Gapps afterwards).
