A friend of mine wants to change his lumia 710 for a new android phone. I want to export all the contact list but the owner does not know the password of the main live account, as it was created by the seller of the phone. I´ve created other live accounts like outllook.com but cannot export contacts to it. If i create a contact in the outlook.com account it´s transfered to the phone, but existing contacts inside phone cannot be synced to the new outlook,com
Does anyone know how can this be done?

Send them over with bluetooth, just search for export contacts in the Nokia marketplace.

at my office every employee is working with a HTC Touch 3G.
I'm looking for a program to select which contact I want to synchronise with each device, maybe just an export function? I don't want to lose the contacts already on the phone and don't want them to be imported to XP either.

did any one use the my phone service with their previos phone 6.1/6.5/6.5.x OS with contacts and was able to import them once their windows live acaunt was sighned in?
i know that you are suposed to but sence i dont have an actual live WP7 device just my HD2 i need to know...
you can't import straight from myphone.
Easiest way I found was to sign up with soocial.com, install the cab file, upload my contacts, then share them with my live account. Soocial will also let you export a .csv file that can be opened in your live account to add contacts.
Can some tell me a simple way to transfer my android contacts to my windows phonw 7 drvice.
The contavs are on the phone as they don't fit on the sim

simplest way, find a way to email them to yourself. you can save them to your new wp7 phone from there. keep in mind thou, if alot of you contacts are on facebook, wp7 does have amazing facebook phonebook intergration. simply go to the market place, get facebook and login. then go to settings>email and accounts> facebook. then make sure it says that it is currently syncing contacts with your phone. give it about 5 minutes, then you will have all your facebook contacts saved in the phone.
why not sync with gmail and then on computer download to outlook from email and import in outlook?
I think you may use Google contacts.

Can someone please shed some light on the contact funtionality with the TB or maybe its just android. I have my contacts all in my google account, but everytime I try a new rom i will get duplicate contacts labeled Phone contact and Google contact. very annoying.
Also anyone know how to sync facebook to just download the contacts image for your address book without creating completely new contacts from facebook most of which dont have a phone number.
With the iphone the contact sync function just brought over there picture and birthdays, etc but only if you had a contact already in your phone, it wouldnt create new contacts just because they were a facebook friend.

Is there any way to enable Contacts Import via Bluetooth in WP 7.5 Mango?
I have a HTC Titan, and few old phones. All old phones (samsugn feature phones) have "Send Business card" option which basically pushes business cards via bluetooth. HTC titan pairs with those phones, but cannot accept contacts. Any ideas.

WP7 phone can import contacts from Live Account, Facebook, Tweeter and LinkedIN.
I export my contacts to gmail and the sync to Wp7 phone.

I got that part.. I ended up moving all my contacts to google, and then ading that gmail account to my Titan. But if 10 year old Nokia can support sending contacts (and files too) over bluetooth, I was surprised that WP can't.
