Yes definitly screen shots

Because this is signed with release-keys (or so it appears), do not flash this for fear of losing root!

Im also pretty sure damage knows a hell of enough to tell if its a htc hero rom compared to a moment rom.

Oh ****! I flashed this and i can't run any of my root apps any more!!! What the hell happened!!!!!!!!!! Oh my god!!!!

Today is almost over! Come on, I really want an sbf, they're always fun to look through and are a great safety net.

is there anybody actually trying to "obtain" a wifi sbf or is all this "tomorrow" stuff just BS? According to a poll at xoomforums more people have the wifi model so it should be somewhat important to have a wifi sbf!

Really? The sbf we have was a leak, give up. We have the 4 stock images from Motorola, they work the same way. You will have to use them.

Why can't he? I have relocked my xoom 6 times now. If you do it right it won't softbrick anything.

Thanks, I wonder if this will help with AT&T use or not

Just finished downloading...the Asia retail is for the MB865, not the ME865, so perhaps it will help. There is also a .crc file included with the update zip.

Is the build date for this leak different than the previous leak? (The previous leak's build date was May 18)

Well I guess this doesn't do any more good than the MEARET one we have then
at least it gives us hope that there is still more to come on cheesecake

Just checked, build date for this leak is also May 18....it's entirely possible that the US retail was built around the same time period and is simply waiting to be found....

it definitely will... stock US rom and most of the roms by made by our devs here based on the US firmware work on our phone.. so our phones have same hardware I guess...

What server did you check when you got the update notification?

Last warning. Development section is not meant to post news or random questions. If you didn't make it or releasing a sure thing rom (no, seeing a update on cheesecake and not knowing what it is does not count) it does not belong in Development section. no it doesnt work... it goes half way, then you get the triangle... restarts and says udate failed..

Hi guys, this is a thread to show the progress in the development of Android 4.1, Jelly Bean, for the HTC Desire S (Saga). Something you could be interested in, because i'm pretty sure you will face it as well.
Superkids progress at trying to port JB.

Yes that is the command to get a logcat . Nice to see the work happening in one place although I have to say I'm feeling pessimistic about this.

Well, IMO, if we get Jelly Bean we would be lucky. HTC won't support a device that long especially that it wasn't "Current-Gen" when it was released. At least since we are sure that we will get ICS, that means HTC will release the kernel source and as there's little difference in the kernel between ICS and JB, I guess we will have a fully working ROM in the coming months.

Don't worry about official JB .. it would come with Sense anyway. Nexx and co have you covered for updates which are always quick

It’s time to learn how to get a logcat now!

Is it not possible to port from the Nexus S? I know proxuser has done it before. It probably can't since it hasn't been done but I'm curious as to why.
Going to take me at least a half hour, will have to test tomorrow.

Android Kitchen keeps crapping out on me for some reason and I havent had the time to fix it.
