Yay! I'm working on compiling this tonight.

I wonder how that is different from the AT&T kernel that was released a couple weeks ago.

[Q] Where to find Kernel Source for CyanogenMod 9 v4.0.3 v2.1?

Good Evening,
I am modifing the kernel source (the wifi part specifically) working on a CM7 system and I want to migrate to CM9 because of the improvements on the system and kernel.
I know I can get the CM9 source code from CyanogenMod Github repo, but the kernel comes pre-compiled. So my question is:
Where I can find the "official" kernel source code that comes with CyanogenMod 9 v4.0.3 v2.1?
KalimochoAz's samsung-kernel-crespo repo has been last updated 2 months ago, so I guess the kernel updates must be somewhere else.
Thank you in advance,
Renzo

[Q] [REQ] Boot2Gecko build for Nexus S

I've been looking at the B2G project, and it looks very very nice. Has anyone thought about building a version then releasing it? There are kernel sources for crespo (Nexus S) on their github at http://github.com/andreasgal/B2G
It uses a slightly modified version of the Android kernel. I would love to see some pre-compiled builds released for Nexus S. Could someone please release a build?
all i see is sgs2 source. i have no idea where you got that there is ns source there
Mozilla seem to be seriously working on it
2 engineers on B2G team are working on it:

CM 14.1

Why haven't we seen an official CM 14.1 for hammerhead. CM 14.1 official has been released for hammerheadcaf but not regular Hammerhead. I am tired of waiting for an official release, they are dragging their feet like Google did with the original Nougat release. We have seen some unofficial development, but until official development is released network an custom kernel support isn't useful. Every unofficial CM 14.1 release hasn't supported my sim card and a custom kernel with USB fast charge.
Keep patient bro. It'll be released soon (Hope So).

They keep releasing nightlies of CM 13, they need to move on already. Hopefully the CM theme engine is fixed by then also.

You have to be more patient, you are just simply to inpatient.
CM14.1 is in its early develop stage, things have to settle, the nightly's for the regular version will come when it's time.

FYI Devs: N920P latest kernel source

It's been awhile since I had a N920P device and was shocked at the fact Samsung hasn't released kernel source in 1.5 years. Anyways, I requested ORC to release the latest source for the N920P, as I need it to help bring Lineage to the device. I'm testing a 14.1 build and will move on to 15 from there.

If any kernel devs needs it or is interested They released QL1 last night per my request. Hope everyone here has been well.
