Gps difference - Motorola Atrix 2

I've been flashing some awesome roms (kexec roms) but i noticed that my gps on stock rom locks almost instantly while in any custom rom takes between 1 to 15 min to lock... why is this difference? ... by the way, thanks to all the devs for your hard work!!

If you're having problems with Cyanoge, I can personally recommend any of ThiaiZ's ROMs. There are some different versions, see which one fits you best.

Hmm...Did you do all the wipes in the recovery? Like wiping /data, /cache and dalvik cache? Installong another rom doesn't fix?

The best rom is always those which suit ur device and ur needs.
This is a known things since s2 time.
Different device, different rom, different kernel, and different usage will affect the satisfactory result.
Answer : always try to test urself. What is good to me doesn't mean always good to u or others.
Cheers.

the best rom is Chrack's 4.11 Rom V3 .

All the rom i see in the development section is labeled 8000. Can I flash it on the US wifi version? Thanks.
You should still be able to flash the ROM's on your device.

I've tried Chrack and had some problems with it such as battery life and lagging when I needed to wake up my device so I went back to the original. I guess my question should be do you know of any good jellybean ROM's besides chrack of course not saying it's not a great ROM it simply was just not for me. I guess since this is a new device there is still not to many options out for it yet.

Personally for most stable, I'd say scott's Beanstalk is most consistent. However, its more about how you tweak the rom (regardless of the rom. most roms these days are fairly stable). Since your game is crashing, I would think you are either overclocking your phone too much or you're undervolted.

My first phone was an epic and stock was OK but you get stuck on whatever version they.. Namely Samsung ..leaves you at. I have a galaxy s relay now and stock sucked because of bloat ware. Way better rooted and with 4.2.2

It really depends, I like custom ROMs because it sometimes really helps the device performance wise and visually, but stock roms are sometimes more stable then custom roms, for battery I think custom ROM drains it much quicker

i9003 on Froyo...O_O

Just flashed Froyo on my i9003 and **** it is DAMN ****ing fast. FASTEST my i9003 has ever run. I know some apps dont work on it but ****, the phone is like whole new on it. Faster than any custom or stock rom. Also only 250MB RAM usage! X_X
Can ya gimme the link to download froyo on sl? Coz even I'm thinking of doing so!!!

no link, no screenshot - that never happen
Install a custom rom (CM 10 / FlyonGB) and it will work more faster and efficiently
