If it says bootloader unlock not allowed , then i doubt there is a safe way to unlock it.
Nearly every method to unlock such a bootloader are shown only for 2011 devices and i have heard 2012 devices have been patched to stop an unlock by that method.
Also those methods involve certain hardware modifications using bare wires and finding the debug port.
Such methods are highly risky and may damage your phone.

Yes you can root without unlocked bootloader, Framaroot worked without any issues for me, and i don't see any reason why it shouldn't work for you.

You can install Stock based custom ROMs without a unlocked bootloader.
This might help : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2237164
And regarding Non-stock based custom ROMs and overclocking, they are kernel mods and to flash a new kernel you need an unlocked bootloader, sorry

Is it simlocked? If it's simlocked to some network you are unable to unlock the bootloader. If you unlock the phone, you will be able to unlock the bootloader

I had several phones that were sim locked and I was unable to unlock the bootloader. After sim unlocking them I was able to unlock the bootloader. The same goes for the Xperia M2, it was locked on T-Mobile MK, after unlocking the phone I was able to unlock the bootloader.

So, I assume that if I flash a debranded firmware from Xperia M2 (My cellphone can't unlock Bootloader about the "[x]Newtork 10" is locked in SimLock) may unlock the bootloader without any troubles? Is that so? Or I'm mistaken?
If I'm correct, that'd be amazing, I'd like use other ways to personalize my phone but I can't 'cause of the stupid Bootloader xDD.
Thanks!

Debranding basically removes all the bloatware that slow your phone down. You can't sim unlock with debranding, only with special code provided by some other sim unlock sites/ebay

Exactly that. Try to enter it correctly because there is a limit on how many times you can enter to network unlock code. If it doesn't work on KitKat, downgrade it to 4.3 and enter the code. I had similar problem where I was unable to unlock on KK but on 4.3 worked fine.

Well, about that, I have a "plan", or, better said, a contract between the carrier and the cellphone, so, I must wait for two days to complete the "legal" contract. So, after that, I guess that I can unlock the device and then, unlock bootloader.
Thanks for everything!

Nope. You have to unlock the bootloader to do anything permanent to the Z5, and that includes root.
To check if you can unlock your bootloader, go to your Phone app and type "*#*#7378423#*#*" (without quotes), then go to the service menu. If it says "Bootloader Unlock Allowed: Yes", you're good to go and can follow this guide.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z5/development/dirty-root-solution-unlocked-bl-t3233274
Now, if it says "Bootloader Unlock Allowed: No", you'll have to downgrade to Lollipop and follow this guide.

Hi,
-First you can't change it to yes
-Second You can't root your device for the time being cause you need an unlocked bootloader
-Third there's no way to unlock a bootloader unless you have "Unlocked allow yes"
-Fourth be polite next time and say at minimum "Hello" please
Assalam o alaikum!
I've found a software on YouTube to change bootloader status no to yes

I don't think so, we're talking about bootloader so it can f*cked up anytime I think it would be better to don't play with it if we're not sure.
This is just an advice, do what you want to do after that, I'm just giving my thought no need to follow it if you don't want to
What is the logic behind this?
I mean some devices are unlockable and some are not!
What this actually mean?
Well! Can i install custom recovery on locked bootloader?

Nope, you need to unlock the bootloader in order to flash anything.
So it simply means i can't flash any recovery, rom or root my device
That pretty much mean you can't do anything right now sorry bro
It means I've to sale out my device
And buy other brand like LG or HTC
Or exchange it against another unlockable one ?
I don't know, do as you like, sorry for you, just bad luck
http://bootloaderunlock.com/
I've found a video tutorial on YouTube with a link to download software to unlock the bootloader of devices those shows the status "Bootloader unlock allow:No"
Here is the video link
Beware a lot of fake videos are running through the Internet, I warn you, but as I said before do as you like.
If I were you I would not play with bootloader, either I change phone, or I wait for a locked bootloader tuto.

Why not to try it?
Okay now i decided to not to play with my z5 and change my device
Wise choice, still sorry for you mate
Thanks but this is definitely my last device from sony
This ain't Sony who's responsible, this is your provider.
I'm French I have a Z5 (no prenium no compact)
From Bouygues Télécom, and it ain't locked I'm actually rooted running a custom Rom everything is fine.
This is between you and your luck, you and your provider
