Could anyone please suggest android 4.2 and/or 4.1 rom for daily use (or for less than daily use) ???
As i need minimal functionalities (for battery backup), it seems to be difficult to choose one rom for me...!!!

Yes it is, however home key or functionality does not work on Carbon ROM
Could you please suggest any other rom ??

hi guys,
i want to flash my phone with custom rom...
the problem is., thre are so many roms...available which one to choose...which is better...
some say after flashing
wifi not working.,
bluetooth not working..,
GPS..,
battery drain,volume problem...many problems...
i want my custom rom with ( live wallpaper facility) also provide good performance without any lags as equivalent as stock rom (froyo 2.2 with live wallpapers) presently i'm using...
which rom should i use....or..,is it better to flash or continue with the stock rom...
need screens,tutorials if possible and post videos(you tube) if u use custom rom which works well as good as stock rom....

Indroid is good to
I use Vivek's ROM V 2.0. Its very stable, fast, everything is working properly and..... since I flashed it my battery backup time increased from 12h to 72h
Need very simple, basic ROM for daily use

stock gb rom is enough
but if you want a custom one, try nextgen or xenon rom they are based on stock rom too, just try it..:good:
u should also check jaggyrom.....
Thank you guys....however I have tried CM10 and CM 10.1 in the past....Could anyone suggest better, lightweight and basic rom (android 4.0 and above will also do) ????

use tiger sense 4.0 trimmed. its very light weight Rom

I checked Index thread and I notice that there are lots of ROM available. I have following questions:
1. Which version are completely supported: like Everything is working and can be used daily?

4.3
4.2
4.1
4
2. I am particularly looking for CM rom, but there are lots of them available:
can you tell me which one is pure CM rom ( I mean not much tweaking is done - according to customization need of a person) I want basic CM rom with not much tweaking can you suggest me some.. specially in android 4 or 4.1 section
3. Which ROM is must try? or which ROM u like?

Hmmmm
As far i know
Cm9,minicm9,cm10,cm10.1,cm10.2 are stable
u can use them as daily driver
Cm11 is also nearly stable,u can use it as a daily driver
i prefer cm9 and cm10.2
cm10.2
cm10.2 is stable. recommend 4u
I'd recommend Cm 9.1 (ICS) as it's quite stable and smooth

1. Android 4.3 is currently the latest for Butterfly x920d. (Android 4.4.2 might come soon according to the leaks)
2. Which rom is best? Its a very subjective question. The best answer is to try it yourself. Find out which rom suit you better.

The 4.3 based is smoother and faster than the 4.2.2 that as has got little lags.
Hello, i want to know wich is the best custom rom ( Android L) for our mobile ?
cm12.1 is pretty good fast and bugg free for daily usage but then again havent tryed other roms so maybe there are better roms out there who knows
