there is a touchwiz 5 launcher modded from holo launcher in galaxy mini themes and apps forum , if that is of any help , don't know about touchwiz 4

First this is only the launcher ...to get this work for widgets there are framework files,, so for non rooted only without widgets , and for rooted you need some extra files to get it completly work
Search in xda for the files for rooted user

My phone is a Sony Xperia E, and after I downloaded a couple off apps, my Xperia launcher began to lag like hell. So I downloaded a few launchers and for me I personally like the ADW launcher very much. It's fast, and has a lot of options you can change. I also hear a lot of good stuff about Nova Launcher, but I haven't actually tested it. The Apex launcher is also fast, but I like the options more, ADW gives me.
