there is a touchwiz 5 launcher modded from holo launcher in galaxy mini themes and apps forum , if that is of any help , don't know about touchwiz 4

Miui is a community which makes custom rom for various devices.
some apps such as milocker are just developed yo give the effect of certain part of the miui rom like lockscreen or theme wallpaper etc

CM10 does not include the framework for Samsung touchwiz launcher, CM10 uses the CM launcher so, touchwiz launcher is not going to work there. I would recommend you use the Samsung stock JB ROM.
Oh... i see.. so there is no way to port the touchwiz launcher on cm10?

Well , anything can be done with enough time and money, but the question is why would you want to do that? The stock ROM with JB and touchwiz is more reliable and already exist.
So far, custom rom is better than the stock rom. I got so many free ram which can affect the performance. But i didn't found it on stock rom. So laggy and consumes a lot of ram. That's why i prefer custom rom. But however, i like the capabilities of touchwiz launcher, can create folder and use wallpaper on app drawer. Plus i can directly uninstall apps from app drawer.. so i think touchwiz launcher and cm10 could be a perfect combination (for me hehe)..

I think you should use espier launcher, its same lik ios it even has the notification badges for missed events

MI Launcher is quite heavy on resources
Takes 55MB RAM aprox.
Try a lighter Launcher for snappy process

It is an miui rom
So stock miui launcher is compulsary to match icons with theme.
As i know users here get bored with same ui.
Miui will provide different themes and locksxreens

trimmed it to 9 mb !
move it to system/app
and change permissions to rw r r and reboot..
