Miui is a community which makes custom rom for various devices.
some apps such as milocker are just developed yo give the effect of certain part of the miui rom like lockscreen or theme wallpaper etc

This isn't near as good as the actual Xperia launcher. I have it on my phone. This launcher seems to be meant for ancient 2.2-2.3 phones.

Yes bro it's not as good as the real one but this a great launcher for no root device. Have u ever seen touchwiz launcher work without root and for GB?

Tested in Galaxy S Advance running CM10.
The launcher works, but I didn't like it.
I'm saying that because the launcher is so simple and I like to customize.

OK...there are hundreds of different version of Xperia launchers here in XDA. doesn't this old version of Xperia launcher?
it sure it is not Xperia Hanomi launcher from latest JB version..

There's a XPOSED MODULE, XTheme Engine. You have to port the CyanogenMOD theme for it, then apply the theme through it. For that you need Xposed installer.
For detailed instructions, Google it for your own good.

It's made for work with xtheme engine but chances to work with cm theme engine
