Formula Calculator is my first Android App. I started learning programming by myself in February to get a sneak peak of what I will be learning in college next semester (I will start Computer Sciences at Oklahoma State University), the idea of my app occurred to me when I was helping my wife with study for her math test. I got impressed of how much time takes to solve simple math formulas. I would love to hear the opinion of more experienced programmers about my first app. My app is available on the Google Play for Free.
One of my biggest challenges was to adapt the layout for all screen sizes, so if in your phone or tablet the layout don't look good please post here a screenshot so I can fix it!

Description:
Formula calculator provides a easy Guided User Interface (GUI) to solve mathematical formulas. During my tests in some formulas the time consuming to solve with Formula Calculator was up to 12 times faster than using a regular Scientific Calculator. Formula calculator is also a universal free, every day use calculator.
The screenshots used are from my devices, HTC ONE m7 and Google Nexus 7.
If you experiment any resolution problems, please e-mail me telling me which device you use and if possible send me an screenshot so I can see how it looks on your phone. Thank you.

One of the themes is basically holo. The performance theme.

Nice app, and free, so even nicer , many thanks.
I have been looking for something like this, but with a extra feature that I couldn't find anywhere: store your own formulas. Have tu usual one is ok, but most of the time 99% of the list is of no use. It would be perfect if it was possible to store them by categories, and beyond perfect if it was possible to store lists of constants to choose from in a formula, but probably that's too much.

This game was made for my little girl and she enjoyed it a lot. It is made for toddlers of 1 to 3 years and has a set of small, but entertaining games. It's a one man project, I did everything from code to drawings and I'd really appreciate a 5* rating. The app should work fine on smartphones on all screen resolutions. Tablet support is in development, so far the 7" tablets should have perfectly working games but with some resized images (may be a bit blurry). If you find anything looking bad or want the app to work on 10" tablets, please drop me an email.
NO ADS, NO PERMISSIONS REQUIRED, NO SPYING ON THE USER. As you can see the app does not require any permission at all, no internet access, no private information needed It's made just for the entertainment of your baby.
For now there are five mini games included
- Explore - learn each animal's sound and specific moves
- Guess - try to guess what animal makes the sound that is playing
- Hide - animals are hiding all over the farm, find them
- Catch - sheep are trying to escape, catch them
- Touch - add and remove animals from the screen with a simple touch.
Each mini game has its own animations and sounds.
I would really appreciate a 5* rating!!!

Yes, indeed, on Back button of Home screen, the app does not go into background. Why I did it like this ? Because I got a few times, accidentaly, exit the app from a minigame... How would you like to have the behavior: exit on Back or have a Yes/No Are you sure you want to exit ?
I discovered the cause of blurry images on Nexus 7, I will soon release an updated version to make the app look better on tablets.

did some game design as a passtime while recovering from a broken foot and need some feedback on it. The game is called "Pocket Bandit" and licensed under the terms of the APL 2.0. It does not contain ads.
PocketBandit is a retro style, three reel slotmachine game with comic optics. You can get it from GooglePlay or from my own website for sideloading.

With "more game options", do you mean more payout schedules or did you have something entirely different in mind?
Thanks for the nice and simple game. Love little projects like these. Wish I didn't have a hard time learning how to code, i'd be making my own apps. I do icons/images and can make high quality sounds through FL Studio if you ever wanted to work on a new project in the future.
I added an attachment of some quick examples. I made a few icons and the Pocket Bandit Logo similar to what you guys did, also added the .xcf files.

Hi, thanks for the graphcis, but I'm afraid i can't use them as they completely clash with the style of the rest of the artwork. On a technical note: I'm using Linux, so 7Z and XCF are not formats, I can work with very well. I need SVG files that contain the graphic elements drawn for a 480x320 canvas with no safe frame around them.
Never heard of FL studio, but PocketBandit could sure use some more sounds: a different one for braking the wheels, a sound for sliding the gamble screen, maybe a button click sound and something for the coins.

downloaded it, played it for 5 minutes but after this i get bored.. more gameoptions and modes would be great. For example 3 lines not one.

I'm currently completely overhauling this. Mainly with the aim of getting rid of anti aliasing, but if anyone has a good idea for a new feature: bring it forth. Multiple winlines is on the antilist, though.

It only triggers the accelometer monitoring when the device is face up and even then its just for less than a second.
I have not noticed any battery drain while Turbo Calculator is enabled and even running.

Cool app! I like counting things, so this app is going to be useful for me. A feature for the future, or the pro version (for the case that you didn't implement it): Loading custom icons from the gallery, or via file browser or something like that would be great. There may be situations where there isn't the right icon available in the default icon list.
