Look's good, but i have Ace2... when the time to change it come, for sure i dont get mid samsung device. Never again.

I do not get the idea:
Does every new phone needs to be bigger than previous one? Samsung ... you are going wrong way (ACE: 3.5 --> 3,8 --> 4 inch).
I love Ace 2 because it has perfect size to be operated one handy and screen big enough to be comfortable. Also it does not look silly in pocket or near head like Note 2.
Can phone makers just put high performance guts in 4 inch phone? Like Apple did in 4s and 5. Does Apple have patent for making small high end phones?

I experienced other "thing" which maybe answer your question.
Three years ago, when I grab galaxy s in my hand, my thoughts are: omg, too big. And I bought... spica
My next phone was zte blade. When I had to return to spica, the screen was so small, uncomfortable.
But still, I was convicted, that my next phone shouldn't have 4+ inches screen (still too big for me). And I bought ace 2. But when I was in telephony operator's shop last time, I took galaxy s4 into my hands and, surprisingly, I didn't feel it's too big anymore. I took galaxy note 2: omg, it isn't too big either!!
You know what I want to say?
And I'm no teenager for some time, my hand don't grow up anymore
Wysyłane z mojego GT-I8160 za pomocą Tapatalk 2

Nice, but the difference is really small.
Almost same design
Almost same screen size
Both have jelly bean
Almost same CPU frequency
A little bit more RAM on Ace 3 (the main difference)
I don't think Ace 3 will become very popular, Ace 2 didn't.
The only things I require for a phone:
Dual-core CPU (we have)
Android (we have)
Good software support/development (not so much)

@judas1977
I am not a teenager also. I am damn old adult. I can buy beer, watch porn n'stuff. But I got your point.
I was thinking about replacing Ace 2 (3,8) with LG L9 (4,7inch) or SII (4,3 inch). I even bought LG L9 and this phone was like OMG, so wonderful screen. But then I realised I cannot put it into mu jeans pocket, I cannot operate it this using one hand and it has no added value to "phone activities" over Ace2. I needed to carry additional belt-case just for phone. All added value brought from big phone was in fact waiting at home with relatively large and cheap tablet (chinese 7 inches with RK3066). That is why I went back to Ace 2. LG L9 was sold 10 days later. My wife have Galaxy S Advanced and i think it is just a bit too big for me.
I no not need to enlarge my [Censorship] with the phone
I understand how market makes demand on bigger and bigger phones, but I am customer that expect something different and I did not found a product that can fulfill my needs. As many people are, as many demands are. I would like to have <4 inches, nice hardware, aluminium, Nexus like experience.
Have something like this ... Shut Up And Take My Money! (maybe Xperia M??)
@bomikar
I do not know how Ace 2 is selling in other countries. In Poland it is best selling phone now.
I agree with you that beside community support ... Samsung support sucks.

Or maybe something like this. All in all, I am disappointed about how things are going with Samsung.
One of my friends has a Desire Z, and I got my GF an Optimus Black. My god, I love those devices. Somehow, manufacturers forgot about the spirit of Android. Aka latest tech and build at an affordable price. Everyone is so caught up into giving the finger to Apple that they actually forgot about us.

Same here
And I'm not saying I'll buy some 4,7+ inches monster (probably still something under 4,3), but I wanted to show that expectations could change with time passing...
Yes, I dreamed about something like 4 inches nexus too (but galaxy nexus was bit too outdated)

Samsung is flooding the market with half-assed upgraded phone with specs that's not really special and especially screen size which is way below the standard for 2013.
Damn, I wish they at least release one phone with 720p 4-4.3", dual 1.7 or quad 1.2 processor, 1-2 GB RAM, and big ass battery to compete against Xperia SP. I'd buy that without thinking twice.

Yeah, that's what really kills the S4 Mini, I wouldn't mind if they raise the price by 50 USD if it means giving a 720p screen, I'd buy it the moment it goes out. Arrrggghhhh,,, S4 Mini, Y U NO 720p???

if Samsung will not treat S4 Mini the same as SIII Mini, then I will prob get it too. The problem is, SIII Mini was just updated its android version to +0.0.1 but then nothing from the flagship's sought after features has been given to the mini version. (yes, multiwindow and other stuff.)

Multiwindow, air view and a bunch of other software features from the S4 ... just more bloatware to be removed But that's just my opinion.

I don't think I will get a Samsung phone after my contract with my Ace 2 ends unless Samsung just pulls a 180-degree turn in their phones.

Can without problems

I don't think that ace III Will have 4.2.2 because yet only s4 got 4.2.2 and s3 got first leak so think it will be 4.1.2

Android Spec List for 2011 Holiday season

I got a spreadsheet going of a list of Android smartphones coming out in October and beyond. Feel free to edit/change whatever fixes need to be made.
goo.gl/bMFTS
Nice list. Just a few adjustments.
1) As far as I can tell the HTC Vigor will have HD screen, not a qHD. Minor, but still...
2) The HTC Ruby actually does have a qHD screen, but the res of qHD is 960x540, not 1280x720 (which is HD resolution)
3) No Droid HD? Maybe put it on there, but specs are scarce.
I don't think you've made it publicly editable, unless I'm just a fool.
EDIT: Also, is it just me or does the HTC Runnymede 2 have great specs, except for the low res screen. For that sort of price (if the link is to be believed) I'd expect at least qHD, probably HD res.
Quick question does the Samsung note have a stronger or better GPU than a Galaxy S 2? And I know the Samsung exynos chips are known to be battery savers how good are they power wise as strength and overclocking?

It will most likely be the same ARM-Mali 400 GPU. Its a more than capable GPU. Anandtech dug a little deeper on it recently.
What makes the Galaxy S II seem to drastically outpace newer devices like the Droid 3, whose 1 GHz OMAP 4 SoC also features an A9 processor? The special sauce, as Brian will delve into further in his upcoming review of the international Galaxy S II, is Samsung's ability to leverage the Mali-400 to accelerate UI elements and even elements of the browsing experience, as well.

Is shares the internals of the Note, which is probably nothing new: just a higher clocked Exynos soc. Nothing new to report after the GS2 actually, just some weak rumor...imho we'll have to wait for 2012 before we see something really "new" in terms of internals...

The only thing that worries me about the prime is the pentile display. The ones on the first galaxy s series were somewhat bearable for me but I hate the one on my atrix (luckily its a temporary phone), hopefully they make it a good display.

same. but i think its too soon to tell. from the research i've done, i have yet to come across any screenshots of the Droid Prime besides the one shown by techhog.com back in May 27. There were no capacitive buttons on this device.

Super AMOLED Pentile? that doesn't make sense...isn't that two different types of screens, how could it be both?
I wish the Sammy Note was coming to Verizon, I like it a lot..
EDIT: No such thing as the Droid Prime, wish people would stop saying that. It's NEXUS PRIME...It's been said billions of times, Droid Prime was said once and now it's everywhere -.- Why the hell would Samsung make two devices called almost the same thing with the exact same specs on the same carrier? Does that make any sense at all? No one would be able to tell what they actually have...
EDIT2 : Just a thought, but I'm pretty sure that the SG2 LTE version that was rumored is actually the Nexus Prime..just a thought though. The article was somewhere on Android and Me or Android Central, can't remember. Also sure that it will have LTE, just wouldn't make sense if it didn't, unless they do the same thing they did with the Nexus S and release a 4G version later down the line...(which i doubt)
EDIT3: Engadget says that the Note is HSPA+, so it's for T-Mo or AT&T. Should be corrected on the chart for people that don't know..

[Q] Android 4.2 : Project Roadrunner and Customization Center

Recently, news of a 4.2 update to Android surfaced : http://www.technobuffalo.com/compan...omization-center-project-roadrunner-and-more/ - if this is true, users will no longer need to charge their devices every 1-2 days and will have tons of "official" UIs (as TW, Sense etc. or user-made ones). But the biggest point is that all devices that get up to 4.2 will no longer have to wait for the OEMs to release their custom updates and will have the choice to do vanilla Android upgrades and later apply their specific skin (TW for us, Sense for HTC users etc.). So, what do you think, will you still be using your Galaxy R by the time we get (4.1 and) 4.2 ? Will you switch to a Nexus device (like the rumored 1st tier-specced LG Optimus Nexus or the 2nd tier-specced Samsung Galaxy Nexus II) to avoid not-so-popular phone problems like ours has ?
I've already sold my S2 and ordered Galaxy Nexus...I guess I'll stay with that a year or two. I know that OMAP 4 is less powerful than exynos but...devs just love it and I hope I won't have to worry about updates (look at nexus s).

Concept is very nice but this is so far from reality buddy because in this short time its very difficult to work on these many changes, I don't think this is will be possible in 4.2 but hope for the best, if it happens defiantly i will buy new Nexus device (Samsung/LG) or even current Galaxy Nexus is also very nice.....

You're right mate :good: I am m.kochan10 and I am a flashoholic hehe
I played little bit with jb on gnex in one carrier's shop and was shocked over this scrolling fluidity. I'd say gnex with stock jb is smoother than S3! It's the best picture of what good software means for the device.
well I am still proud owner of Galaxy R because before Android/XDA I used to compare phones on GSMarena before buying mobile or while suggesting someone, but after Android/XDA my thoughts have changed totally, regarding things to be considered, so after reading and learning things about flashing and Pimping Android to make it better than what your OEM provides you, it is quit clear that my next phone would be Nexus, one friend is coming from USA next month, so probably LG Nexus would be in my hand within 2 months, if not in budget then GNex is sure, and m.kochan10 has taken right decision, with any Nexus in your hand, you will never regret for at-least 2 years after seeing those tempting Specs of those SGS3, SGNotes or HTC One series, you wont give a flying @&$* about whatever OEMs comes with their flagship because you will be having your precious in hand.
and for all this useful knowledge I will always be thankful to my lovely Galaxy Royale
Yes, Royale will always have a sentimental value for me too. I learned a lot android while I was sgr's user! Before that I just could flash zips
PS.It's very hard to buy GNex now. In Sweden it's practically out of the stock and out of sale. Only few retailers/carriers still offer it for prices...hm equal or higher than in case of quad-core flagships. I ordered mine on ebay cos the price difference was really huge. So...I guess something is going on with the new nexus-line.
@parmarket...me too...i used to rely on gsmarena....
Bt after xda..it has changed me too...
@m.kochan.. Definitely R wld have sentiments attached s its first droid n leavin it wld b bit difficult...
M nt wid nexus..bt m with open hardware devices or devicrs that r dev friendly...
My friend has nexus prime n yes transition r awesome...
I even checked s3 of my frnd...even his scrolling or transition were smooth
Both were on stock rom wid s3 on ics n gnex on jb

Actually we all are same. Coz b4 joining to XDA i used to search over several site and major were gsmarena and now after joining xda my perception has changed.
I do agree with m.kochan and everybody who is posting in this thread. I will also go for nexus. Will order that from ebay. I m huge fan of galaxy royal bt due to limited user and limited support i have to take hard decision. BTW i will choose Gnex.
My friend have gnote and s3. Bro has s2. Now i would go for gnex. One step ahead of all of my friends and bro. In case of getting updation. I will b on No. 1.

I would be cautious here. The old HTC phones like: Legend (I really loved this aluminium unibody...so much that I'm biding a second hand model now ) or Desire line had a great build quality...but since then new models are marred with annoying and often very serious shortcomings. Is th skyrocket still a good phone to get?

I've been looking into it for awhile and I can get it now for $29 with my upgrade. I have also been looking at the Sony Xperia ion....and it's free at the moment. They seem to have the same hardware other than the ion having a 12mp camera. Do you all still enjoy your phone and would you still recommend this one?
it's still a good phone but the gs3 is a bit better.
The s3 is better. Internals are pretty much the same. Good CPU (1.5ghz) with meh gpu (skyrocket has adreno 200 gs3 has adreno 220?). But the bigger screen, higher resolution, and better battery life would be worth the extra $$$ to me. Just my 2 cents

It's an amazing phone. If you don't wanna spend $200 on an S3 this is undoubtedly the best option.

Skyrocket and Xperia ion have the same CPU/GPU and has similar insides.
The Xperia has a slightly bigger screen but is also 1280x720 resolution (vs 800x480 on the Skyrocket)
The Xperia has a better camera 12mp (vs 8mp on the Skyrocket)
But the only con with the Xperia ion is the development community is not as big or at least not on XDA and I don't see them on the Cyanogenmod list so they may not be getting a lot of support in terms of custom ROMs (if you like to customize).
http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1659
The phone was released around June time so it could get bigger overtime but that usually depends on how much people will go for that phone but in most cases its overshadowed by the Samsung S3.
If you can get an S3 as a choice it would be better because it has a larger community, its new and its Samsung's current flagship phone so they will have continued support for a while and hardwarewise it is superior to both the Skyrocket and Xperia as it has the newer S4 CPU (vs the S3 CPU) which is more faster and efficient so even if you dont tweak it you will have good battery life.
In terms of Xperia vs Skyrocket the Skyrocket has a larger community and our community is not as big as Galaxy S3 or Nexus but on the other hand the Xperia ion just came out a few months ago so there is a potential there but its not confirmed as most people looking for new phones usually go for the Galaxy S3. Another alternative that I think is good is the HTC One X but that all depends on if you like the looks and such but I think the One X is a good phone as well .
Up coming phones to look out for (if costs doesnt matter)
LG Galaxy Nexus 4 (Nexus 2)
Galaxy Note 2 (big phone)
HTC One X+ (beast mode version of One X)
Lumia 920 (windows 8 phone)
Asus Padfone 2 (ability to mount on tablet)
Theres more but those are the ones I can think of at the top of my head. :good:
Is a good phone if you can't afford the s3 or of you think the s3 is too big

No it isn't a good phone to get now. Everything about it is dated.
Buy something that's up to date so by the time your next upgrade comes, you don't totally hate your decision right now.

To answer your question directly yes it is. However, if you have an option to get something better why not? I have the skyrocket and for the first time I'm in no rush to get an upgrade. In my opinion the roms out for it keeps it up to date with most phones being released right now. My wife have the S3 and I'm not going to lie it is better, but not that much where I feel I have to update. I'm waiting for the next wave of phone releases.

Skyrocket is still a pretty good phone. Luckily when it first came out it was a little ahead of its time spec-wise. LTE, dual 1.5 processor, larger battery than the regular S2. It's still rolling with the punches and if you decide to use custom Roms, the Devs in this Skyrocket forum are SUPERB! I too just upgraded my wife's phone(S2) to the S3. I like my Skyrocket(running custom JB Rom) enough that I let my wife use my upgrade brownie points! If you plan on keeping your phone for a couple years, the S3 is the way to go. Didn't think I would be jealous of my wife's new phone but that thing is freakishly awesome! The size to weight ratio and performance is unbelievable! Feels good and looks even better. The only thing else I'm going to say(since I'm rambling)is if you can hold out a couple more months there will be upwards of 5 new Nexus devices coming out. The LG Optimus "whatever" being one if them. It's hard to beat these just on the support they receive alone.
Sent from my SGH-I727 using xda app-developers app
I tried moving to the S3 (purchased from craigslist) from my skyrocket, but I hated the home button. I decided to resell the S3 and keep my Skyrocket. I'm currently using SkyJB which has the S3 Touchwiz.
I am looking at this phone too, but I would be buying a used one rather than using an upgrade. The GS3 is very nice, but I think it is getting a little too big for me, I think I would rather have the slightly smaller non-pentile screen, and from what I can tell it doesn't seem like the CPU on the GS3 is just hugely better. Both seem very well supported by Cyanogenmod which is very important to me, though the GS3 will probably be supported longer since it is newer (and probably outsold the skyrocket as well).
I was thinking about getting the next Nexus, but removable battery and SD slot are important to me, so I am leaning away from it.
Here are a few pic comparison, not really that great of a comparison but take it for what its worth
Skyrocket, iPhone 4, S3:

And S3, iPhone 5

Pretty much I have experiences with all these devices and I still think the Skyrocket is a good phone. Like previously mentioned think of it as a Galaxy S2.5
The s3 is great but I can't see much reason to upgrade. The only major benefit is that there is a true jb kernel so you may have better jb roms. I personally would wait for the nexus announcement and make a decision. Even if you don't like the new phone the gnex price should drop.

I actually just got my skyrocket a couple weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I did get it off eBay because I was bored of my captivate and wanted something different, and not being too impressed with the s3 I have saved my upgrade till something comes out that really impresses me.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk 2
Is phone X better than phone Y? No idea since no two people use smartphones these days in the same way. It depends on which device you are upgrading from. My case it was the Captivate which had terrible GPS. Finally had enough and I am finally happy with the phone overall. One negative mark in my opinion is the development for the Skyrocket is not as busy as the Captivate was / still is. Meaning I only see one custom kernel for the Skyrocket. The Captivate at one time had 2-3.

UPDATED: Help picking from these Android Phone options

Hi everyone,
I recently hard bricked my LG Optimus One P500 and I was thinking of buying another one, used as I like the phone a lot, recently started using it. But, after a few suggestions of other good options for a bit more money, I think I will definitely change and get another phone. Below are 4 phones which have been recommended, which of the phones below is worth going for?
Samsung I9000 Galaxy S
http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9000_galaxy_s-3115.php
Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 I8160
http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_ace_2_i8160-4559.php
LG Optimus 2X
http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_optimus_2x-3598.php
Samsung I9070 Galaxy S Advance

Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562
http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_s_duos_s7562-4883.php
Appreciate your views. Other Android phone suggestions within the price range of the ones above are welcome too.
Cheers!
Hey there, I used to work in a phone store, and i would not recommend the 2X. almost every single person who bought one returned it because of crap battery, and random malfunctions. it was so laggy and useless. just my personal experience.
None.. Get a Nexus 4 instead.

The Nexus 4 looks a great phone no doubt, but it's a little out of my price range, I see it being sold at about £200 over here. The others I've mentioned in the OP I can get them used, at about £75-100.
After reading some reviews from here http://www.lg.com/uk/mobile-phones/lg-P990-optimus-2x/reviews, I think it is safe to say I'll rule out getting the LG Optimus 2X, seems for all the features/support it boasts, 512MB memory just isn't enough and LG are very slow at getting out Android updates.
Maybe Samsung is a better option? What do you guys think of the 3 Samsung models above?
I recommend you the Samsung galaxy S Advance.
It has the best Ram ,CPU and Internal memory from those what you listed.
I had the same list 2 month ago, because I wanted to buy a phone to my brother.
I decided beside the S Advance, and the phone works good. For laggless gaming it's also good
Anymore views appreciated, ty.
If i were you, i choose Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 I8160 upgradeable to Jelly Bean.
Keep your eyes on a good priced Nexus4!
Samsung Galaxy S Advance is the best phone for you, but you should check also HTC Desire X
if I ware you I would check to store to see Samsung Galaxy S Advance and HTC Desire X, check for some prices online to find what is the lower price on this 2 phones
HTC DESIRE X http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_desire_x-4951.php
but, also, LG Optimus 4X HD should have some low prices on GSM stores(check online), and this one has 720p screen and 4 cores Nvidia Tegra 3

I have looked at the HTC Desire X and it does look a decent phone, but it is a little too pricey for me. As you've suggested the Samsung Galaxy S Advanced is probably the best phone for me and it does look great on GSM Arena in terms of features/support compared to other handsets. HTC Desire X is over the £200 mark, and I can get Samsung Galaxy S Advanced for £120-150 so this works out better.
The GSM Arena, Phone Finder tool is great for searching, don't know what I'd do without it. Any other useful sites, mainly looking for reliable review sites. Thanks everyone for helping.
I've added the Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562, doesn't seem like there is much wrong with this phone, would anyone disagree?
I'd say it's the Samsung I9070 Galaxy S Advance vs Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562, if I get a good deal on either of them.

vs
you should better go to a store to see physical each of the phones you want, to see how it stays in hand and weight, case biuld, feeling and so on,
the most important thing after you decide on an phone is to see how you can handle it in your hands(physical), it is like buying a pet, it will byte your hand or not (maybe your wallet)
I was going to add the 'Samsung Google Nexus S i9020' to the main post as it looked like a decent phone but it doesn't seem to take any SD cards, but the phone itself, is it any good compared to the HTC Desire X or Samsung I9070 Galaxy S Advance?
What abt samsung s2 ?
Big Screen, dual camera,Tegra processor, active development on xda!

Well i prefer Samsung S duos Because this phone is far better then all phones in your list. The main advantage of this phone is it's dual sim phone and RAM is also not bad it's 768 MB and with support of 1 Ghz cortex A5. So it's really nice phone for games, music.
go for S AVANCE, decent dual core(nova thor is the cheapest newest dual core) decent ram, good screen(amoled), but on all has a good price for a dual core, and because it is a dual core maybe you wont need to buy other phone for some time, nova thor+mali => decent performance
it has all decent caracteristics for his price => best choice, not too far from SGS2, except screen(gorilla glass, 4.3 inch) and case build, performance is very good, batery life is good, I think I, too, will buy this one in next month (but also I had thoughts to buy ACER CloudMobile S500 - Krait dual core + adreno 225 + 1 GB ram, 4.3 inch 720p screen, for abouth 200-250 euro - but it has realy poor battery life, shame on this, didn't find any chinese spare baterry with more power)
here you can make some copares http://geekaphone.com/compare/Samsung-Galaxy-S-III-Mini-vs-Samsung-Galaxy-S-Advance with any phone that cross your mind
and for DUOS I do not think it worh to buy, single core, dual sim is for ppl that don't want to carry 2 phones, I carry 2 phones, an smarthone and a REAL PHONE (an old NOKIA) for talking , it was bulid to talk on it, and I talk alot on phone, battery life is an major issue for me, and this Nokia is the best choice for talking
well the devices al come almost same amount, you can have a better than these
Do not get the S Duos. The CPU may be 1ghz a5, but it is an outdated MSM7227A. Go for the S Advance

[butthurt thread] do not buy this phone

Epic slow official updates, epic high price (I bought this for 475$ in my country, yeah, I know that it's highly overpriced), crappy firmware, slow development.
Go buy Nexus 4 instead.
That's all, thanks.

Well i got it from my carrier at no cost, and i my month bill is around 15 euros so it was a good deal for me. Official JB is crap but CM10.1 is awesome and I think people shoud get this phone because it will probably get 4.2 at some point.
In my country it has the best price-quality relationship (better than S2). The S3 and S4 are so expensives. Of course you need to know how to root and change the kernel to take adventage of the hardware it has, else JB will be laggy. People with money and no experience with android may opt for an S3 or S4.
This not the end, we're waiting for ST-Ericsson to release the sources. If it happens this smartphone will be even better.
I want an XPERIA SP or ZL ): Lot of reasons... Have to wait 5 months until getting some of these ):
But, anyways, love CM, look at this.
Needed some initial tweaking with Pimp my Rom to decrease nearly more than 120Mb of RAM
I'd prefer CM10 (it's CM10.1) but this seems to get stabler soon than a version already out. 4.1.2

Hey, I'm using this phone for about 4 months now and I've tried everything, but it's still very slow. CM is good, but atm it has too much bugs to use it as a daily driver.
Also, go on and check your displays in service tests, guys (*#0*# on stock rom). Mine had got a lot of artefacts (horizontal and vertical lines on different colors, textured and sort-of yellow white color, etc.), also it's overheating as hell now (it's so hot sometimes that I can't touch it), so I'm going to return it. Going to service tommorow.
When I bought was great choice.
Today there are more options.
But I still like Galaxy Advance ..
It was what I needed.I like the screen, video recordings, photographs, sound quality, overall stability. When I bought already knew these details and for me it was enough.
Also never had problems with calls, SMS, GPS, Bluettooh, etc..
When JB came shortly met COCORE and lags are gone.
Always used STOCK ROM. Only root and Cocore.Use only one MOD (Beats Audio)
In my case I can not complain.
It works.
Not my feel "cheated"
Quite the contrary.
About customs roms, etc ... To me they are a bonus, but not really necessary.
The Galaxy Advance will continue to serve me well until the next choice.

+1 on nexus 4. Still my choice even if it's a bit old now. :highfive:
I think its quite obvious that whoever will buy now choose one of many releases that have emerged.
it's normal to want others with more powerful CPU, Ram, etc..
Since 9070 was released many others were.
it depends on the needs each user.
And make no mistake. After "buy the gadgets of your dreams today," very soon no longer be.
At the time, in my country (argentina) the SGSA was offered at less than half the price of an S2 (the S2 was like 2500 and I paid 1200 for my SGSA). Definitively a good buy for me, money-wise.
I'm just disappointed by samsung's JB release, looks like they didn't put much effort in it, but i've come to learn that you should expect that for a mid-end device. Sometimes it's better to buy an old flagship like the S2 because it has better support overall by the devs, and by the manufacturer
HTC One Mini looks like it's gonna be awesome though (talking about mid-end market)
Jelly Bean was not perfectly implemented in any model.
There were several problems. Including the Google version.
http://goo.gl/KhKIO
I do not know why it should be perfect for I9070.
Search NEXUS users if they stay with the JB Google.
They take the gadget and then swap the rom.
In version 4.2.2 it was still fixing bugs, including performance.
And I do not know if finished.
I got mine for free on a cheap contract, it was either this or the LG L7(no thanx) it has some issues but no big deal, I might get a nexus 4 in a month or two
