after reading reviews ,looks like i decided to get a mugen 1800mah battery, but the website
http://www.mugen-power-batteries.co...00mah-extended-battery-for-htc-sensation.html
have been out of stock for a few days now, i was wanting to know where did you get yours? i found some on ebay for 42.99
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MUGEN-POWER...ccessories&hash=item2319fa803b#ht_5836wt_1344
and also in amazon http://www.amazon.com/Mugen-Extende...UDJ6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1330918371&sr=8-1
for 46.99 , but Im not sure if these are original mugen batteries or just a imitation, so i was wanting some links or tips on where to buy it
THANKS for the feed backs
If you're going to order a Mugen, buy the 3600mAh battery. It's $100 well-spent.

i dont want my phone to be any thicker plus I want to keep using my trident case because it protects it a lot at my job. So does mugen 1800 battery last better than stock?

It's both better than stock and better than the anker (i have both). I roared mine on amazon, and it was legit.

Other than ordering it, I don't know. Checking the seller ratings and stuff like that helps determine if a seller is legit.

mugen seems to be rather pricey. is there any place to get it at cheaper price? amazon seems to be listed in rather high price compare to other brands

g2uzer, I had the same problem you did (Mugen being out of the MT4GS 1800 mAh battery when I finally accepted I had a bad pair of Ankers), but I found a workaround.
It turned out Mugen wasn't out of the 1950 mAh battery for the Sensation and I knew that the Ankers I was using also worked in the Sensation, so I took a chance. The fit of the Mugen is *very* tight (noticeably tighter than the Anker which I found a bit tighter than stock). I suspect that's why Mugen isn't selling them for the MT4GS.
Nevertheless it worked and I'm very happy with the results. The several days of 100% to near-zero usage Mugen recommends were painful. If I wasn't consciously heavily using my phone during the day (Bluetooth headset music, Bluetooth tethering my Transformer and plenty of screen on games/browsing time to boot), it would taked a fair bit of "work" (everything going plus max brightness and whatever else I came up with) to get to near-zero before I went to bed.
If you haven't gone in another direction, it is worth trying.

I'm surprised that this site hasn't been mentioned: www.mugenbattery.com. They're a US-based, authorized distributor of Mugen batteries with free shipping for orders over $50. I plan on purchasing my battery from them when my budget allows.
Fun thread. Which battery is better? I got the Anker batter but now i feel a little regretful as i think the Polarcell might be better..... The Anker seems good but i was expecting more and it charge slow too compared to my original samsung battery(thats 1 year 6 months old now).
My Polarcell battery life is very good. My record is over 7 hours of screen time.
I tried the stock battery with the same rom/kernel and it can't even get close to 7 hours. 4:30 hours at best.
Why can i find the polarcell battery. Whai is your ROM, your kernel to have a very good autonomie

I ordered 2 polar cells off ebay. They come with an external charger.
My i9000 deserves a gift for still going strong after more than 2 years of ownership.
I keep getting tempted by new phones, but theres really no point (unless you want to play games....)

So im looking for a spare battery to use, what would you guys recommend? I read some good reviews about the anker battery but i dont like how its bigger and it makes the back bulge. Ive seen some ebay OEM batteries for a good price and also found these for extremely cheap http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-x-3000mAh..._Cell_Phone_PDA_Batteries&hash=item51aae2b2ed
Now i know these probably wont last as long as the oem battery but my question is is there any downside or long term damage that can occur to the phone itself by using these sub par batteries?
I'm also in the market for spare batteries + wall charger.. I had 3 for my old HTC Incredible, and it was an absolute luxury. However, I had to try 2 or 3 different companies before I found some that didn't lose their capacity

ebay r all crap, even the "OEM" one. just register ur phone and get 50% off any oem accesory.
i've used the anker batteries and it fits just fine. there's no bulge in the back.

Heck for $13 I might just try it. 3,000mAh that would fit in the OEM back would be awesome!

I know I'll regret it but I could not control myself and ordered these from ebay last week for 10.99 w/free shipping
3X Battery for Samsung Galaxy SIV S4 GT-i9500 with External Charger 3250 mAh
99% of the batteries on ebay seem to come from China/Hong Kong and these come from nanuet ny.
I don't know why I mention this but it did play a part in my deciding on these
If they suck, I'll have wasted $11 and I'll go ahead and order the onite or anker batteries
I'll let everyone know after I receive them
I bought the ones off of OP's link to Ebay as well. I'll post with impressions once I get them in. 3 batteries and a wall charger for $12 is nearly too good to be true... but I'm only out $12. We'll see.

Lots of batteries on eBay r trash, I've made the mistake of buying extended batteries for my s2 on eBay,.. it was a 4500mah and the stock battery lasted longer lol,... I'd recommend Onite batteries, it's what I'm currently using , awesome battery and you can Damn near get 3 for the price of one Samsung stock replacement battery. And it does have NFC. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00B26ZSL2/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1369925774&sr=8-1&pi=SL75

It's exactly the same as the factory 2600mah battery,..I've done a comparison test and posted some screen shots of my results, I think I titled it Onite Battery Review ,.. so yes it's exactly the same size as the factory battery , they also make extended batteries,.I'll be testing a 5200mah soon, and there making an even bigger one than that soon ,.it's definitely a good battery

yea i saw it, but also i was thinking you could be a little biased since you've been a tester for them for a while
Not at all,..if they sucked I would say so as a beta tester that's what your suppose to do if, they send you a product test and you just lie about it, what's the point really? ..I don't take sides and I'm not getting paid to post positive reviews ,I got a battery, tested it, posted the screen shots,..I am in NO way endorsed by them lol.. just read other reviews or ask someone who has the same battery how they like it,.. Anker and all those other companies make good batteries also,...certainly a LOT better the trash you're gonna find on eBay,(which I have 4 from past phones , 2 which don't even work, the other 2 are 4500mah extended batteries that barely last 5 hours)

If yes, then wait. No? Then buy the alternatives. Simple.

I looked...
The ones the other poster linked, if you click a product, the seller is listed as "ZeroLemon".
The ones you link have the seller listed as "ZeroLemon LLC"... and if you click the comapny name, it give only a list of unavailable products, while clicking the name of the seller in the other opens up a page full of products.
This is a common scam technique, to use a very similar name to a real company to sell fake items or otherwise scam customers.
As for as waiting or not... If the Hyperion making these phone batteries is the same Hyperion that makes batteries for RC use... then the Hyperion batteries should be high quality items.
Hi
I would like to know what Brands will make S4 battery for 7000mAh & up
ZeroLemon, Hyperion, Mugen, Anker, etc
with NFC if possible
Also they have the wireless charging back cover
that would be awesome

Please
My 5200mAh extended battery is lasting me about a day and a half with heavy use, and about 3 days with moderite use. But I have found myself still charging it every night so it really wont do me any good going larger than 5200.

I got the Hyperion 5200 battery and I have to agree with some of the posts here that it is pointless to get a higher capacity.after 20 hours of usage (the regular battery usually died after 14)I had 45% battery left even though i tried my best to drain the battery before going to sleep and putting the phone on the charger.
it is worth to wait a 7500mah
7500mAH i guess it is almost human being limited for battery producing from zero lemon battery picture,it is hard to believe.....2600mah+4900mah if 4900mah composed by two battery, which battery chips they use? question
So I got around test 3 batteries I got from Onite. I spent the past 3 weeks using the batteries.
Onite 2600mah (44.4 grams), Onite 2600mah with NFC (46.4 grams) , Onite 5200mah (82 grams)
Overall, both 2600mah batteries last as long as the Original Samsung battery. I think these batteries are worth their price.
The 5200mah battery run time I observed is at least double the standard battery.
NFC works like it should with the Onite version.
Do these batteries create any bulge? Are they the same size as the original one? If yes, then i'm ready to ditch Anker.

Actually since you asked, I'll pull my gauge and measure them for you. I don't really notice it, but it could be different depending on everyone's perspective.
Since you have both NFC and non-NFC - how do you tell them apart? I see nothing different between the two.

If you look closely, you could actually see the NFC pad inside through the white sticker. Otherwise they do look very similar.

Thanks for the review. I am going to get the nfc capable one.
Onite did a good job
It works well indeed.
Both 2600mah and 5200mah.
I heard of that they will release 7800mah witn NFC.
Have you got it?
I was told that the 7800mah is going to be released in 1 week. If I manage to get it. I'll update this post.
they cancelled it
I was told that they cancelled the plan to release 7800mAh due to some problem.
Too high capacity is not safe for the cellphone.
5200mAh is enough for S4 to keep on 2 days.
