I'm a newbye of HTC modding. I've an HTC Sensation XE with Beats audio branded by TIM (Italian carrier).
It has
PYRAMIN PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT 1.27.000
I've installed the lasted official updates:
Android: 4.0.3
Sense: 3.6
Sw version: 3.32.901.151
Band base: 11.69A.3503.00U_11.23.3504-07_M2
Build number: 3.32.901.151 CL353154
I would like to try SuperXE ROM.
Can anybody tell me what steps to do.. and maybe how?
I tried to find some info on this thread and on google... but not a real guide, so I don't want to brick my phone at first attempp
I.E.
- Have I just to unlock bootloader trough htcdev website or also s-off it via ControlBear and the wire trick?
- Have I to upgrade my firmware at 3.33 or my 3.32 is ok? If yes, how and where I can find it?
- What recovery have I to flash after all from where to flash SuperXE?
- Any other hints?

Any ideas how can I re-brand my Sensation ROM for warranty purpose?
TMO CZ RUU is still not on the internet...

Thank you for the information but I can not use the procedure in this link, any RUU for Sensation stock ROM T-Mobile Czech are not yet on the Internet :-(

I've finally got it back today from HTC Service.
Problem was http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1567180
The reason was (as they said) a problem with software and they were waiting 3 weeks from HTC Taiwan (which is responsible for all software deliveries) to sent them an upgrade.
I turned on the phone and the software thing was ....... ICS.
So now i'm having :
My OLD____HTC Sensation XE info:
CID: HTC__M27 (HTC Turkey) although i bought it in Greece
Bootloader: 1.18.0000
Baseband: 10.14.9035.02_2
Rom Ver.: 1.73.468.4
Version Release: 2.3.4
My NEW____HTC Sensation XE info:
CID: HTC__M27 (HTC Turkey) although i bought it in Greece
Bootloader: 1.18.0000
Baseband: 11.69A.3504.00U_11.23.3504.07_M2
Rom Ver.: 3.32.468.112
Version Release: 4.0.3
HTC Sense: 3.6
So if can anyone help me how to export this Official Stock ICS Rom from my phone and uploaded somewhere , in order other users to have it , it would be nice.

I would like to ask if is there any way to update hboot in my Htc One S s3 with hboot 2.09 and CID: ORANGB10 (Orange PL). With old hboot which i have now i stuck on Android 4.0.3 and can't get even 4.0.4 version (all custom roms with higher Android than 4.0.3 aren't worked with my hboot) :/ I didn't find any answer so i decided to ask You. And really sorry for my bad English.

I had the same problem - stuck with hboot 2.09 in TWRP recovery, after unsuccessfully flashing a rom and not knowing that I needed at least 2.11 hboot.
One way to get to a higher hboot is to update firmware:

Hi XDA,
I just updated my HTC sensation XE phone to cyanogenmod 10.2 and actually I didn't like it, because its not stable like the original ROM and missed a lot of things that I need it like beats audio and stuff like that, anyway, how can I get the original ROM for my HTC Sensation XE since all the links for that ROM are deleted or not found.
When I get into my phone bootloader I have this parameters:
***UNLOCKED***
PYRAMID PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-1.29.0000
eMMC-boot

And my recovery version now is 4EXT Recovery touch.
