Galaxy S Plus or Desire HD?

Hi Guys,
This is the first time i post something on the forums I hope you guys can help me
I want to buy a new phone around €400 and i was wondering wich one to buy: Galaxy S Plus or HTC Desire HD? Can you guys give some advice pls

Sense vs TouchWiz check out videos and reviews of both overlays and also on hardware. DHD is still a good device.

Easy choice then, but the samsung will be the newer device may aswell wait to see how it turns out if your not in a rush to buy.

Htc sence is a lot nicer than samsung tuchwiz, the samsung is a lot lighter than htc, for me i will get the lighter anf thiner one which is samsung but if u dont care about weight and size go with htc sence it is amazing

I love my desire HD, but the battery does have issues (non rooted). My wife has the Galaxy S and loves it, battery seems to last forever.
My advice, get the HD and a Powerskinz now that they finaly make them if the battery issue is the dealbreaker.

Suggest Me a Smart Phone

Hai guys Im new here So,m forgive me if i go wrong somewhere.
As the topic suggests, i want an android device. Keep in mind that this will be my first android device.
After a lots of reading, i choose Xperia Mini Pro. even though it was a old series, i like the physical keyboard(I need it hardly).
Any other suggestions from the experts or drawbacks of Xperia Mini Pro from the users will help me lot.

It costs 35000INR. Well it dosent fits even in my two month salary:laugh:

i dont really know the exchange rate but the price of s2 is allways half from HTC one x

My friend had mini pro it has poor backup. 3 to 5 hours a day for normal use like texting and call. and very small screen 3"
I suggest u xperia U
It available around 15K in some sites. Best in Hardware. But lacks qwerty.

there is not alot of difference but i prefer the s2

My friend said that Xperia U has some problems with display like the yellow tint problem in Mini pro

Well., As i said. its out of my budget. Any other phone do best job in 15000?

I had the xperia mini pro it was a good phone. If you are interested in social networking that phone it the perfect phone for you

HTC One x is hot... But beauty fades off, Performance stays... S3 ...

U might find it hard to believe but our galaxy sl is a handsome device.compare with others if u don't believe.
That samsung sucks in its firmwares is an entirely different issue.

Galaxy S3 (feels well.. like nature.. lol) -> Nexus (only screen is visible, no buttons.. minimalistic beautiful design!)-> Htc One X (Soft mechanical kind of look) -> Galaxy SL (love the backcover).

I'm a hardcore android fan&I really don't like apple. But the iPhone 5 is really like a piece of artwork. It seems like the Rolls-Royce in the world of Toyota&Honda(androids) .It will be better if any of the android manufacturers try to release a piece like that one which seems goods to the eyes&has power.
The Sammy people is going with their cheap plastic.:banghead: HTC & Sony releases good looking devices.
I love the lumia 900 and it will be nice if Nokia enters the android world

U Mad? I'd rather get cheap plastic that can turn into actual metal, than alloy with no removable back and no SD Card.

Actually there is no beautiful or professional Android phone... some times i feel they made it for kids use not for professional people! ... even the framework names sucks... GB & ICS &&&& seems like the framework developer used to work to bakery or he is always hungry !

Do you think Windows Mango and Tango are serious or something?
I think a BEAUTIFUL phone doesn't have to be made with gold or work perfectly, it just has to look good. For me, the most beautiful android phone is the Galaxy s2.

HTC One X? That phone is a piece of art. Soft touch coating mixed with the unibody shell is so beautiful and actually lovable. Although i would never take it for myself (Removable battery). As for professional phones, I think Galaxy S2 was a pretty professional phone.

There are also windows XP "professional edition" in addition to windows 7 .... not like ice-cream or JB and other silly names !
Look to the colors "Baby-blue" is that professional? Look to MSGs & People icons....
Im sure that anybody busy in his life and/or practical one he would never evet buy such phones ... because simply he hasn't enough time to waste & staying the rest of his life beside charger !
You know what..am still having Nokia phone (E series) for my phone calls i just use it because i don't rely on this ...

Hi all !
Does anyone know why there still is no section for the RAZR HD ?
It's already been realized. At least here, in France.
Does it share common hardware with another phone ?

I think xda is US based, do you probably won't see a dedicated forum for the Razr HD until it is released here.
It uses the Snapdragon S4 processor, so it is similar in that respect to many phones.

How's battery life? The old Razr has a 1780mah battery, while the new Razr HD you have has a 2530mah.

i bought it here in Canada just today...
Fantastic battery life on LTE, i will know more tomorrow on a full day of use.
the build quality is incredible. I have had mainly Nexus devices with the odd HTC One X...nothing touches this in terms of build quality and overall solid feel.
ICS...its ICS. Having used JB on the GNexus the last several months its hard to take a step down to jittery old ICS. Like you wouldnt know it if you hadnt played with JB, but ICS lags!
The screen, out of the box, is great and doesnt require a lot of colour tweaks.
Aside from that, love it.
Hopefully this will get a root (its officially supported by Moto in its bootloader unlock program) and i can get CM10 or something on this ASAP
Any questions? I will try to answer them as best i can.
