Guys i bought a telsda 3688 phone from china and i am hard time rooting it

i already tried super one lick , mtk root, binary root but no luck
i read a custom recovery can fix rooting..
but i dont have a mt6517 scatter file..
need help plz

How do you find out all of the specs like that I think I have the same phone
I have issues with the android stopped error a lot and I can't login into gmail or anything. I am not very smartphone savvy either but I could use some help also on how to get those specs to try and get my phone rooted. Thanks

Read up on this thread so that you can make a backup of the stock rom using mtk droid tools.

Once you get that done, any mishaps occur you will have something to flash back too using sp flash tool.
