Bootloop help

So I was cruising around the Nexus S forums and found a rom I liked after I unlocked and rooted my phone.
I flashed Paranoid Android and then flashed the Matr1x kernel. Thus putting me in a neverending bootloop.
No ability to go back to CWM so I can't restore. And I can't put it in download mode so no ODIN.
What the heck do I do?
Can anyone help?
BTW if this is actually called a soft brick I'm sorry my terminology might be off.
Also I did this because the last phone I did extensive flashing with was an HTC Inspire 4G and it was easy to flash stuff just clear everything and flash what you wanted no bootloops. Sadly this phone not so much.

Hmm... No recovery...I've been stuck in a bootloop but I had recovery!

Are you able to get into bootloader?

Usually when a bootloop occurs you should still be able to go in recovery.
When you say "no ability to access CWM" do you mean ROM Manager? Or the recovery mode?
What happens when you try to access the recovery mode?

flash Rom-Wiper.zip

Format the system, data, cache, boot & partitions of your device.

I mean no access to recovery. CWM is Clock Work Mod Recovery. I have no access to fastboot either. The only thing my phone can do is bootloop.

You have to be mistaken.
Press power and volume up to get into fastboot ( bootloader). Then pick recovery....
That rom or kernel will not erase recovery. If your phone is in a bootloop it is making it past the bootloader

So it appears it as if I was mistaken. I got into fastboot and booted into CWM I'm still confused as to what I did, but I think I corrupted the Kernel.
It was the weirdest thing though. I tried it at least a dozen times, then I tried to run down the battery and try it again afterwards, and it didn't work so I gave up. Then I tried it again about 5 minutes ago and it worked. I'm sorry I cause you guys so much confusion. I've been doing this for so long I guess I just didn't doubt I was doing it right.

[Q] Hard Brick or Soft Brick That is the question?

Hey all. I have reached a defect in my research and I could use some help.
I have a Wifi Xoom that I fried the mother board on. Not sure how, just woke up one morn and it wouldn't turn on anymore.
So I replaced that MOBO with another that was listed as soft bricked (It was cheep so I figured why not try).
Anyway with the new board installed I can boot to the Motorola Logo, I can load fastboot, recovery and RSD. The device appears as it should on my pc and I can fastboot flash.
I replaced the system image, the recovery image, The userdata image and the boot image. using fastboot. I also cleared cache, from fastboot and recovery as well as deleting all user data from recovery (Factory Reset).
I also re-installed the whole system using an RSD Image which went successfully as well.
Now I know its actual flashing because I flashed a different recovery to test and that worked, but for some reason im stuck in a boot loop at the Motorola Logo. I can still access all features (fastboot, recovery and RSD) but it will not boot past the Moto Logo.
I have tried installing the 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 updates through recovery which both installed their updated boot loaders and for a moment I thought I had success when I saw the xoom boot image with the flashing squares, but then that froze and it rebooted never to be seen again.
So my question is, is this a hard brick and I should just stop trying or does anyone have any other suggestions?
Also I am not using a Moto cable, but it tells me that I am successfully flashing, and as I stated I am seeing the recovery flash correctly, Does this make a difference being that I have successful flashes for other partitions? Is the Boot partition special? It tells me I'm flashing, but is it lying to me?
Everything I read thus far indicates that if you can access fastboot and recovery that its not hard bricked, but what exactly does a hard brick look like?

Try reflashing the official imgs (provided from motodev site) with fastboot and after locking your bootloader. Try booting up, if nothing changes, sorry but I doesn't know how to fix then. Hope it works...

Yea I tried that, no worries, but do you know what does a hard brick look like? I have searched and found no real description, all anyone says is if you can get to fast boot is more than likely not.

OK , I know its been a while but I just started playing with this again.
OK so I got the idea that it might be a permissions issue. so I wiped everything again and re-installed again. Following this I tried to fix permissions in TWRP which failed. I installed CWM and ran fix permission which was successful. after that I was able to boot the tablet to android and install an account.
However now it is rebooting with some frequency and periodically it will get stuck at the moto screen again.
At this point if I perform a data wipe and clear cache I can get the tablet to boot again but I still have this issue.
Also If I fix permissions again from either recovery or rom manager it sends me back to the being stuck at the moto screen and I have to start again.
Thoughts?

IT WAS THE FINAL STEP... and it did not work. (Stuck on boot loader warning screen)

FINAL EDIT: FIXED!!! Sparsechunk files 1,2and 3 have to match the exact name with the firmware folder sparsechunk files.
I did not notice that my firmware sparsechunk files ended in .0 .1 .2 and not 1 2 3 like the tutorial had listed, so I was fastbooting the wrong sparsechunk command. That was the final fix that finally worked for me.

My god this has been one crazy root journey.
I have done absolutely EVERYTHING I could pull up on google to fix my phone, and what seemed to be the final piece to the puzzle, still has not fixed anything.
My phone is bricked, and i would really appreciate help at this point.
The current problem:
When I turn on my phone, it vibrates, and displays the WARNING BOOT LOADER UNLOCKED screen, and stays there forever.
I can access my boot loader, and recovery, but I dont know what to do at this point.
I tried a quick flash stock recovery kit kat with moto tool AIO, and it didnt help.
Any ideas?
LONG VERSION (backround info may help to understand the current issue)
Now, if you want to know what began all of this, continue reading, otherwise the above is my current issue.
After successfully unlocking and rooting my phone
I downloaded SWITCHME, an app that lets you create multible users on the phone. the instructions say that you can use a sub account to test and mess around with anything because you can simply go back to the admin account that has everything untouched.
That was a lie.
1.I deleted .setup, along with a few other things THAT WHERE NOT FLAGGED AS IMPORTANT, assuming the phone would still work. and my phone went bonkers, displaying this infinite message: UNFORTUNATELY, SETUP HAS STOPPED. It was impossible to use the phone, and I could only access bootloader.
2.After endless googling, driver downloading, xda mod installing, I managed to set up my boot loader to do the guide restore stock firmware:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542219
Sadly, I flashed the wrong model number package, I was flashing x35, when I later discovered that my phone is x45.
Flashing the x35 firmware bricked my phone further, to where it would "fail to boot up" and would only display bootloader over and over after attempting to turn the phone on.
3. Simple, I realized I flashed the wrong thing, so I downloaded the x45 firmware from the firmware teem on this website, flashed all of the commands, and bam, the phone starts up with the boot loader warning, and DOES NOT get stuck in the previous boot loader issue I had.
But now the phone wont get past that warning screen so... now im pissed.
Please, if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it, Im so close to getting my phone back...
EDIT 2: Looks like the phone wont stay shut down, I realized that if I dont open up boot loader, it will turn itself on and display the warning message.

The stuffs I have, ready to try anything:
CWM touch mod
Moto Tool AIO
Minimal ADB and Fast boot
RETUS x1045 factory firmware
All directories, folders, cmd commands are set up and working properly between all of the programs.
The phone appears to be responding to all cmd commands properly.
I also have the windows one touch super boot root method. (he superboot-windows.bat )
Im afraid to try anything major after freshly flashing the x45 firmware that seemed to bring me one step closer without the help of someone else.

maybe my few cents about my "bricking" story. (xt1032 moto g)
yesterday i wanted to change the rom from cm11 nightly to another custom rom like ehndroix/carbonrom...
first i thought that will be done in a few mins, after having already flashed a custom rom.
then the story began, getting adb work, but, 2weeks ago everything was setup and went fine. dunno why my laptop lost the "drivers".

so after a few hours of getting that fixed i, i began flashing.
suddently i got stuck in bootscreen (ehndroix logo for example)...
then i wanted to go back with my previous backup made internaly of clockworkmod. though i couldnt restore my backup because there was an error message while restoring /data of my backup
also when restoring to factory/wipe in cwm there was that error message about clouldnt "touch" /data, i dont remember the message exactly.
after thinking i bricked everything, i though lets wipe my internal sdcard, maybe that causes the /data error.
then i restarted the device and went for a shower... after 15min i came back and my device was "started".
now i dont know that exactly helped, maybe wiping all data on my phone, or just letting my device boot for a "long" time...
so, thats my yesterdays brick story.

do a factory reset if the bootloader has that option.. otherwise install or run/boot a custom revovery, then either
try the factory reset option there and reboot or..
wipe everything and install a rom

Ok try this, I'm was a victim too:
Relock and unlock bootloader
Download and flash latest Philz
From there format everything...EVERY PARTITION...switch F2FS
After switching wipe every partition again
Select and execute the other 3 wiping option ie., Clean to install new ROM and the other 2 (I can't remember now)
Do this all over again via TWRP too
Now, this is important, don't use the mfastboot for restoring stock...use the one provided by Google for its Android SDK
Flash the stock images
Flash the Moto Razr boot animation and not the one for Moto G to remove the warning sign
I'm 99.99% sure your phone will boot properly
After the phone boots, reflash the Moto G bootanimation

I try to flash any recovery but after entering I get an android and says no commands, and installation does not throw errors

You're still in stock recovery.
Use fastboot flash recovery xyz.zip to flash philz recovery
Use this when you're in bootloader mode.

I flash the recovery but rebooted into recovery, the android keeps popping up (no commands)

[Q] HELP!!! Bricked Moto G GPE 5.0.1 No Device Found

Help Please!!! I need help reloading my Moto G 2013. I had android 5.0.1 running on it but I was not able to perform a device wipe. I read somewhere that encrypting and decrypting could be a workaround, so I decided to do that. Encrypting took less than 10 mins and the hone got stuck in a restart loop. So I tried flashing it with ADB and now I get the android man laying fat with the red triangle. I am guessing no more operating system.
I have tried making use of adb to load the rom but I keep getting the error no device found. I have tried every single process online. It is the google play edition xt1032 I have.

That red triangle android robot is stock recovery. There should be a hardware key combination to wipe cache try searching on google. If all else fails then reboot to bootloader by using hardware key combination and perform a factory reset using fastboot.

Thank you for the help. I was able to get it fixed by flashing TWRP and the sideloading 4.4.4 on the phone. But I noticed the screen flickers for the first few minutes the phone is on. I also tried to update to 5.0.1 via OTA but after download, the phone restarted and instead of installing the 5.0.1, it booted to TWRP recovery. I want to know if I follow the instructions on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542219, will I be able to remove the TWRP and have my stock recovery back and then be able to update via OTA. Also, I noticed I still cannot do a factory reset, the phone just restarts and everything remains the same.

In order to do any factory resets or ota you must have stock recovery installed or else android cannot communicate properly with recovery for commands and such.

Ok. Thank you. I have reloaded to stock firmware and done an OTA update to 5.0.1.

Bricked Alcatel Idol 3 4.7 6039S

Hi, I came here because I've tried to fix my phone but no hope. My situation si that I'm on a Loop in the booting process where the phone starts the booting process but crashes maybe on the bootloader. My system can see the Port COM 4 and I tried the Mobile upgrade program but after it detects the phone and I click "Update" button the phone goes into the loop maybe trying to get into Fastboot. Lastly, the download fails.
I have never hacked or made any modifications on an Android phone before so I'm a complete noob to this ADB tools and don't have a clue on how to use any tool to recover this phone.
I'm able to boot into "Download mode" and nothing else, maybe there's a combination for getting into the bootloader but I don't see anything about that in the many searches.
Any help is much appreciated.

you device is bricked and you try root install a custom rom or a bad upgrade

First boot into recovery and wipe cache and data.
If that fails try again. It fails again use the below method to restore your phone.
Go into download mode and using the ABD install your stock rom., Meaning your phones original version.
Your phones not bricked.

I tried to install RR on my Alcatel Idol 3 4.7 with using Shara & Firehorse according to this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/idol-3/general/guide-unlock-flash-root-updated-alcatel-t3751845
everything went accordingly but TWRP never installed. I to boot into recovery and it booted android recovery instead of TWRP. So i tried again using Firehorse but my phone did not boot to download mode, so i cleared cache using the Android system recovery but then i received an error can't mount cache/recovery , so i tried to reset to factory data and received yet again other errors. Force-Restarting my phone ended up in a bootloop that i am not sure how to remove. Please help

Hi, you may want to try a different TWRP recovery. Had the same problem. solved with TWRP 3.0.0 f2fs from Decker's MM TWRP backup. TWRP 3.1 also works with Sahara&Firehose.
