hi there,
I'm new here and this thread is my last hope.
I have a galaxy s4 m919 and a gear2. after a lot of sweat I was able to connect between both of the devices.
from the beginning i was able to recieve msgs and phone call but not able to perform phone calls from the gear2 itself.
everytime I dial and press "send" on the device there's a flashing msg says "no support on video calls" and it's not making the call.
does anyone know about this issue?
Really Hopeless..

I have tried and researched everything i possible can on this issue, it seems that many people in the past also have had call forwarding issue's I tried my Sim in my friends phone "non Galaxy s7" and the call forwarding works. The same Sim card came out of my Galaxy s5 and the call forwarding worked and that was also a t-mobile phone. When I do call forwarding with my phone through settings through settings in the dialer i get "Failed to read Data" Network or SIM card error...Mind you all my texts picture messaging and internet and incoming and outgoing calls are working. when I do it Manually as in "**21*XXX-XXX-XXXX# manual way X Representing phone #.
Does anyone know what could be Wrong
Thank You
Jerry

I can make outgoing calls but I cannot receive any calls, they go straight to voicemail
If I restart my phone I can receive calls for a while but then after being locked for a bit the calls next come through. I wake the phone up and even then the call still wont come through until i restart it again.
Anyone know why this happens, it sure hasnt always happened?
No one has any tips on this?
I turned wifi calling on and turned off location and it works every time now.
Not sure why. I hate wifi calling and id like to keep my location on but whatever, i need to receive calls.
I found problem using "Do Not Disturb", custom settings staying in effect even when turned off! Change to "Accept All Calls" and you will be able to receive callers not in your contact list. BUG??

I just got a Samsung Gear 3, without a call plan. So it is connecting to my phone by Bluetooth. I can receive phone calls on it, but can't make calls. When I try to make a call, the call just stops. I think it might relate to the fact I have my carrier phone number and Google Voice number. When I place a call, on the phone it gives me the option to make the call with my carrier number or Google voice number. But I don't get that same option when calling on the Gear 3 device. Any suggestions?? THANKS
I think you will have to use a default outbound number. The watch doesn't know what to do with the choice of Google voice or native dialing.
