Impossible to access bootloader mode !

The problem was solved by replacing the camera button See last post
Hi,
I've a big problem : I get stuck on the first bootscreen "Smart mobility"
Impossible to enter in bootloader by press and hold the camera button end reset...
Now it's impossible to use the phone. The last thing what I do is to flash with the Pcarvalho last build but the system became very very slow
Is anybody can help me because I searched many forums but I found nothing...

have you flashed via Memory Card? if not, try it...

No, I try directly by USB and it works.... But the system was very slow and I decided to flash again. But no way by USB because the loading process has not been through (is stuck well before setting screen)...
So I tried by the bootloader mode : not be accessed
And for flash with SdCard you need to enter in this mode ...

For your information, I flashed a lot between your version and android, this is the first time in several years that I have this problem.

Hi,
Thanks for the link. I looked for and try but no effect... In fact my phone is blocked in the first bootscreen and can't mount usb drive I think...
The big problem is I can't access to boot mode by press and hold camera button and I don't know why

Yeah... But how ? I can't see the phone in my PC and I can't enter in boot mode... Impossible to get WM6.5 because the boot sequence is stopped a few secondes after reset

Hi pcarvalho,
Oh yes, many times... I press and hold the camera button and reset but no effect... Impossible to see the color screen And the phone is blocked in the "smart mobility" view.
Maybe another configuration of button ??

Remove the battery for 10 seconds than insert it and press camera botton and power botton.

I had the same problem with my first device.....unfortunately no solution....

I tried almost everything....still now i can't pass the first boot screen...so...i can't go into bootloader mode or make a hard reset....too bad..

A glimmer of hope, sometimes, when I boot my phone and press and hold camera button, and connect with USB : my PC detect it but just one time and can't mount really
And I will also inquire if there is not a solution for the dismantling and see...

Is your phone security unlocked ? If so press the power button and the green (send) button to put your phone into diag mode.You will need the motoQ drivers "just search for motoQ or diag drivers".Your screen will be black but you will be able to use mtty commands ie info 8 (check for bad blocks) cego (boot windows).
You will have to connect mtty via com port.
Be careful with mtty it can kill your device.

I tested your solution but ... no way ...
I find the plan to remove and also the procedure for entering diagnostic mode but without result so (capture button plus power button : no effect).
It's incredible

This solution will only work if you have hard spl mfg installed,It could be a faulty camera button.

Are you rooted and/or on a custom rom?
Were you trying to flash a new rom before this happened?

Stick it in APX mode use NVflash to flash stock rom and try again.

my problem was i tried to flash revolver rom on my device through CWM but after i finish installing it through cmw the device did not start and i could not get on recovery mode or start normally.
my device serial is B80 which means i could not use APX mode am right ? or there is other way to solve this problem

well I couldn't see exactly which buttons you were pressing, but it looled like you were in apx mode first and then just wiped your userdata.
Since your b80 nvflash is no option (apx mode, power + volume up)
To get to recovery you have to press power + volume down followed by volume up when asked for it. If you don't press volume up in time you end up wiping your user data and that will do you no good.
In the video it looks like you hit volume up to slow after power+ volume down.

are you rooted..?? if yes, then which ROM..?? If no, then get it rooted first. You can go to download mode after that if your Volume key isn't working.

well this is a long story im about to tell.
i had this key not working problem from the start so i serched for a solution and found the apx method and did it.
now my 4n is stuck at the samsung logo
but the volume up key problem was before i tried the apx method
i read that yesterday wipe cahe should do the trick thats why i want to go to downlaod mode to take care this matter with cwm
dont laugh at me i did a really mess i know i just want to fix this plz help

Buddy you need to wipe data too if you are flashing Stock ROM.

With the device stucking there and broken keys there isn't any other option than taking it to SSC.

buddy, I think you need to go to SSC. Coz for going in CWM & Download mode, you need to press Up volume button. Or somehow you can reach to Menu(start the device) then we can help you out.

Its a hardware problem buddy.

so if i can repair the buttons it will do the thing .
we dont have a proper SSC near
and the cost for reparing this like device is very high

Press the power up button and then tap the power button, that should get you to the recovery. Perform a data factory reset and clear the caches and reboot. This is what i would do and it will probably get your device running again.

it seems to be stuck in "update from adb" and pressing the buttons in that order just goes from just the robot to "now send the package you want to apply with "adb sideload <filename>"

as i was flashing the moto g via fastboot and the last line that i see on my phone says cmd:erase:cache and after that the screen starts blinking with BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED SCREEN and duznt start...even it duznt go to recovery so that i can atleast wipe data reset

I have a nexus 5 stuck on booting. I tried to the hard reset (Volume up, Volume down, sleep button) with no luck. It gives a dead android with a red exclamation mark. I don't care about the data, I just want to fix the phone.

Maybe if you could boot into fastboot, you can just flash the factory images. There are various guides in the General section for that. Hope that helps

Sorry mate, but I think that the option as @1cecUb3 wrote is better, because OP didn't explain why he is in bootloop. So, also because he didn't care about data, this is a best way.

I can't seem to unlock bootloader in order to flash and when I try to wipe settings it gives me error. Does anyone know how can I unlock bootloader without enabling the usb debugging mode because I can't access my phone.

Can't you unlock it with fastboot, using the command fastboot oem unlock?

I haven't tried it! I am using a mac, how can i access the phone and send terminal commands to it ?

With Mac I don't know if you need any special drivers for your connection. Try to google it. I know that on linux, which is my case, you don't need any special drivers, just plug the cable and ready to go. And of course you need android platform-tools . You can find a lot of tutorials on how to unlock the bootloader.

Use Fastboot, there is a version for Mac, it's what I use. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1917237
