Xperia J, rooted and CMW installed successfully.
But, In Recovery, after I chose zip from sd card to install, it shows error
PLZ help.
which rom zip is it.
maybe its the error in ur rom zip

Hello. I tried to flash a custom rom to my xperia s but something went wrong. and now i dont have a rom or a backup of the previous one. When i start up my phone it boots to the ''page'' where it just says SONY. so my question is how do i get a zip file to my sdcard via fastboot or something like that. i have a recovery called ''CWM-based Recovery v6.0.1.9''
I accidentally wipe/reset my stock JB 4.1.2. when im trying to flash a custom ROM. I already unlock the BL and have the CWM but I cant flash a custom ROM or flash a stock ROM on my J please help me.
what i have:
1. SE Xperia Flasher flashtool ver 0.8.5.0
2. CWM v6.0.2.5 installed on my phone
3. ST26i_11.2.A.0.21 CE ftf
4. boot.img
5. kernel.sin
my phone was stuck up on SONY logo.
and it cant went through the flashing of ftf file due to USB debugging disable. my phone was totally no ROM right now, please guys help me with my problem.
flash ftf file in flash mode n tick wipe data.... ... then copy customrom zip file into ext sd... flash boot.img file in fastboot mode..then enter into cwm n install rom from ext sd using zip file u placed on ext sd.... must check instructions on rom provider for data wipe options...install n restart n enjoy....
I have flashed Cwm for Miro and entered Cwm to flash rom , to flash I format system and I entered install zip from sdcard but my sdcard is not detected so I restarted my phone I can't enter the Cwm and also system help me to restore to working phone
Flash stock ftf. Search in Miro general section.

i have xperia tipo, recently installed znxt v7 rom. it booted fine but then i was unable to access cwm. it gets stuck at the sony logo.
otherwise it boots fine.
please help.
Install the CWM again. find jn general section

cwn also gets erased!
cwm also gets erased with clearing of /system...therfore install again...
I have Xperia Arc s with ICS stock rom ,I want t install a custom rom , I've already rooted the phone.. then the problem is installing recovery:
1 - I tried Xparts it says cwm installed successfuly reboot your device.. but nothing happedns it still can't boot into recovery
2- I tried RecoverX. I chose sony ericson the xperia arc s then it starts the operation but it says: (recovery download complete, you can now continue.)
(I press next it says the recovery is in recovery folder now you have to flash it)
SO PLEASE HELP

You have to unlock bootloader and flash custom kernel with CWM recovery or install Xparts ver. 5 (worked for me), not 7.
