I did the HTC Dev Bootloader Unlock;I installed custom recovery; and I installed a rom via fastboot that had everything....... including the hacked 1.05 hboot now i keep getting boot loop and forsome reason even though the bootloader says ***UNLOCKED***" at the top; it still says S-on.... any help?
Please move to general section.
Also did you wipe dalvik/cache and system before flashing the ROM?

You had to downgrade not unlock with HTC

What do you see when you boot into recovery? Not sure how one can loose a recovery unless you tried to flash a different recovery.

Yes I've try some weeks ago to unlock and root my device. In that moment I didn't knew that my device is S3 core. And of course I have flashed an recovery for S4 core.
In this moment when I try to enter recovery it stay on the white scree hours if I let him like this. Like in attachment.
I am shure that it is an chance to be repaired but the question is how?!

If you can locate a stock recovery for S3 you can flash it back.
Personally I have not seen one. There's a custom recovery for S3 now.

Yes, lock the bootloader then run the RUU
I dont know that my phone is S3 until I unlock bootloader and flashed a S4 recovery. If I enter recovery menu it shows attached image. Now I cant enter recovery so I cant root my phone to flash a custom recovery. What I should do to root and flash a custom recovery?

i have a problem.
I flashed my sensation to the rom Elegancia Sense 4.
I have opend my Bootloader ...flashed CWM and SuperSU.
I Installed Elegancia ROM, all finished an than ist die bootlogo and this 20min the same bootlogo..the phone started not.
And now, my phone can not started the ..orange light is gone off on ..off on
My english is so bad, i hope you can help me.

if you are S-ON you must flash the boot.img of your rom

where your adb and fastboot files are
extract the boot.img and place it in that folder
then do the commands as mentioning in extra 1(as ganeshp said)

is he has 4ext installed?because in his first post said that he has installed cwm recovery
sekko1 if you still have cwm installed,install 4ext recovery in order to enable smartflash otherwise flash the boot.img again after flashing the rom

I told you to follow the guide by the letter.. That means you need to change the recovery to 4EXT too.. And should enable smartflash and flash the rom

Then download the recovery to pc and do it (step #2 of the guide) .. Otherwise.. Connect the phone to pc.. Via Internet pass through and then do the step #5 of the guide

Ok then go to recovery and reflash rom again.. Don't so any wipe at all.. Just go to recovery and reflash the rom that's all

BUT NONE OF THEM BOOTS..
then i went to HTC support they said that only possible cure is to
re-flash the RUU...
so that's why,, I NEED IT

RE-FLASHED RECOVERY, FLASHED VARIOUS ROMS>>> nothing helped,,
PLZ pLZ tell some solution;;;
Did you wipe everything? System, boot, cache, dalvik cache, factory reset and use twrp or cwm latest

Try the troubleshooting guides in the index. Use TWRP 2.4 (I am using it.) and superwipe, before flashing a ROM.
CM is seriously tons of times better than the stock sense. Do try. You will love it.

Did you have to boot loader unlocked?
Did you have rooted the device?
If yes at both answers,search in market ROM manager and download it
Next,download cwm from ROM manager and then boot in recovery

U are on pico territory. No official support from developers of cwm to pico. Try relocking the bootloader and take it to HTC service center(if u don't have patience troubleshooting it device)

i have downloaded the correct version for my PICO,,
but the EXE file does not start..( when i double click on it nothing happens)
previously i had a wrong version but still it statred correctly..
now why don't this file start..
ANY IDEA ABOUT THIS,,,
OR ANY OTHER LINK,,, PLZ PLZ HELP..!!!

I have been in a similar state before when i bricked my phone.
Nothing is going to happen to your phone. You were able to unlock the device, with the Unlock_code.bin from the htc website tutorial, isnt it...
The same way, try to get to fast boot by holding volume-down and power key. Are you able to get to the boot-loader menu? it shows fast boot, reboot, factory reset and sim_lock. Can you get to this screen? This shows the Hboot and Radio too.

I did ... I erase my cache . I reflash recovery , still cant.. But how to flash new rom ? I can i copy after i downloaded a new rom to my phone ? its bricked and i cant get into recovery also ..

If Ur not listening I will leave I said put the phone into bootloader make sure it say fastboot usb when connected to pc. Make sure u hv fastboot tools installed on Ur pc then connect Ur phone to pc and in cmd type
