Dear community,
Have you ever wondered why Quiz games are so popular within the Android users ecosystem ?
I did and it appears to me that people simply wanted to have fun while discovering and learning new things. The Quiz format seems to be relevant for filling this need. Maybe I am wrong, maybe not, but I would be very happy to hear your arguments
When I look into the Google Play Store, it is sad to note that Quiz Games are not so attractive (not matching the Android guidelines, boring...).
So as a developer, I did my own Quiz game, starting with a Flag Quiz.
As android users & passionate geeks, I need to have your feedbacks in order to enhance the app by adding features or removing some others. Any feedback would be very nice of you.
The application is available on the Google Play Store : just look for QuizStudio (this is my publisher name) on the PlayStore and you will find the app Flag Quiz. (I can not publish link in this post for now, please just look for QuizStudio on the Play Store)
Based on your feedbacks, if the experience is satisfying, new Quiz theme will of course be available
Thank you so much community !

We’re indie developers and we are proud to present to the XDA-community Godville - our text-based parody game for those who don’t have time to play.
Main features:
- auto-rpg where your hero levels up by himself!
- play it with your own pace - once a day or once a month
- hilarious game world with thousand of witty and funny texts to unleash your imagination
- extend the game by offering new ideas and content
- daily newspaper, ideabox, game wiki, pantheons pvp, guilds, friends and lots of other stuff
The game is free to play, with in-app purchases to support game development.
You can install the app from this post or just search Google Play for “Godville”
Known bugs:
- Remote notifications are known to have problems on some devices.
The look and feel of this Android app was heavily influenced by our iOS app and it might not look very natural on Android. Google’s interface guidelines were published later, but they didn’t help either, as they mostly focus on Android 4 (which is still a minor part of our install base) and some of them seem user-unfriendly (e.g. action items at the top on devices with big screens). We’ll really appreciate if you could take look at the app and point out the most screaming UI problems that will make the app better on Android.
Suddenly, we realize that a first post from a new user might not look very credible
So here is some additional info:
1. Godville is available in the Play Store for some time (has 6000+ ratings with average score 4.7)
2. There were reviews from Desctructoid.com and TouchArcade.com (can’t post links to those due to a new user limits) of the game, but we’d really like to hear your opinion on the Android app.
Just downloaded

Hey guys,
Looking for strategy games on your Android device?Well worry no more
This game is called "Grand Battle"
It's free on the Google Play Store and it's a military strategy game
You build up your base, army and research upgrades for units and structures and attack. The admin is really friendly and the players are really nice tnce you start playing, you will not be able to get your eyes off your screen, because it's that awesome!
The team will award you many types of rewards throughout the year when you participate in many events. And the in-app purchases are very reasonable.
You can get generals and cards and even have resources saved in your bank for further use and players who attacked you can't get those resources because it's in your bank. There are tons of daily rewards and the things you can get out of it is extraordinary!
So, go on and search "Grand Battle" on Google Play Store (I can't add links sorry)

Hi all,
I'm a hobbyist app developer and have just released my first app on the Play Store yesterday. It's completely free -- no adverts or in-game purchases -- so I don't believe it's against forum rules to announce it here.
The app is called "The Appies" and it basically revolves around colouring graphs with creatures called Appies. The easy levels are quite fun for children and the harder levels are challenging and fun for adults.
I'd insert some screenshots but I don't think I'm allowed external links as a new user.
There's a 120 levels at present and I'm planning on making some more. I'd be really keen to get some feedback from all of you and would be genuinely interested in comments you may have.
You can find the app either by searching for "The Appies" on the Play Store or by navigating to
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mxk.gs
Many thanks for any feedback and 'Appie new year!
