I apologize if I am posting in the right place. Now my question. Can anyone tell me all custom room for Samsung Galaxy GT-S6102 that have Spanish language? My apologies and thank you very much.

You should figure that out yourself. Here in xda, we don't recommend any ROM, Cuz its against the rules.
The person is expected to have a look at the ROMs and find out which 1 suits him the best. Cuz everybody ain't same, so are their likings.

Try some of them, see which suits you best. Always read before flashing, make sure what you are flashing is for your device

I am myself trying to build a kernel for the device but i can't find the source.I also contacted samsung but no reply from them yet.please help me if you can find anything..

Yes the process is that first you would have to donate to them and then they'll send it to you.

I'm not testing I need few problems to fix

Rooted phone I have. Canadian Fido model # i337m Samsung galaxy s4. I installed Imperium rom 9.1 love the Rom. Just wish my phone could still read my original model number. This does not effect my phone at all. Everything works as it should it's just me knowing that the model number is not correct.

AT&T, Verizon & Sprint are mainly United States dedicated devices so you shouldn't focus your learning over these models. The Samsung lineage has a well developed International version were, in my opinion, you should focus.
As you are tackling a broad array of devices, I shall suggest you to post your request at the below Forum as our Experts there should be able to guide you.
