Thanks for replying
AT&T, Verizon & Sprint are mainly United States dedicated devices so you shouldn't focus your learning over these models. The Samsung lineage has a well developed International version were, in my opinion, you should focus.
As you are tackling a broad array of devices, I shall suggest you to post your request at the below Forum as our Experts there should be able to guide you.

As your knowledge expands, you will be able to interact more closely with our developers in the more specific Forums.

I've searched on the internet, and am posting here just to see what you guys are using as a reference in making ROMs
oh, and also if possible, it teaches how to build roms especially for P3110 by using stock Jelly Bean as its source

Umm, yes I'm new to XDA mythi. I'm thinking of this thread as a bridge to any Rom-developing thread that could be found, and also, having references from experienced devs like yourself (great work with Galaxy Peria / Fast Dream ) is different from using search. Anyway, thank you for the help

I want to know how to choose the ROM that suits my LG G2, I found lots of ROM and I tried 3 and 3 remain stuck on startup logo, knowing that the phone is locked impossible to know via parameter
the identifier of the phone is: LG G-2 FCC ID: ZNFD802

If you have an issue with a specific device, the best you can do is to post in this device forum so ppl with the same one can help you.

Hi again, if you bought the phone new, (so never touched) the options like hotspot should be there (only if the carrier don't allow hotspot) but usually it should be the option available, you just need to search them.
If you really can't resist and want to flash a custom ROM head over here: Sprint Galaxy S6 Edge Android Development
Also you posted a new thread this morning the same as this one, so in order to don't create confusions the other one will be closed.
Next time wait for the answer, even a day!

Then , on the phone I Android 4.4.4 , I have the root , but do not know to go further I would really change the Rom, but do not know how to do , I can not send him to Recovery , I'm stuck , if anyone , please, I you can write the complete How to do it ... Someone who knows how sure you can do though .. Because I'm starting to think that this phone is an impossible thing ..
If , please, I can also give you links to everything I need in addition to the procedure I would be grateful .. I ask you a clearer description possible.

There's no dedicated forum for your device here in XDA. Maybe this thread can help > General discussion > Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking > Xperia E4 FULL ROOT ACCESS
Try posting your query in that thread.
Also, there is no custom recovery or custom ROM available for your device as of now here on XDA Developers.
You may keep an eye on Miscellaneous Android Development for development related to your device.
