Which kernel are u trying to flash?

Are u familiar with fast boot? If so you need to enter the command fastboot flash boot boot.img. Also u may want to do S-off so u can just flash kernels through recovery. Here is the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2155071

He already tried fastboot, it says so a couple of posts above yours.

Need to provide more detail than that, if you want help.
As already asked, what kernel are you trying to install? What was the exact fastboot command you used? Any error messages? Can adb read the phone, or do any other fastboot commands work?

If you are trying one of Rohan's kernels you need to flash it in recovery and still fastboot flash the boot.img afterwards. His kernel installs something during recovery that has to be there even if you have to flash the boot.img separately.
If that isn't the case, then yes more details are needed.

When someone is trying to help you, it's best to give all the info they ask for, even if you think the information won't help or is not important, because if you did know better, you wouldn't be having any problems. The more information you provide, the easier it is for someone to figure out what's going wrong.

See exad's post and well as the mine above. If it's a custom kernel you need to flash it in recovery and fastboot flash the boot.img as well.

Can you go into Bootloader/Fastboot? (Volume Down + Power)
EDIT: Read your other thread. You need to flash a stock recovery. You can do that via fastboot. Flash a stock recovery, format SD card, then flash a custom recovery again and you should be good to go.
Process of flashing any recovery is easy. Refer to the method in my signature, you just need to follow the RECOVERY FLASHING PART ONLY.
Other necessary info is also available.

Great. Now you have a stock recovery. Just format the SD Card from recovery and the SD should be good.
Afterwards, you can flash any custom recovery and mess around with flashing ROMs etc.

Download This. Open the zip file with 7-Zip or WinRAR, go to firmware.zip, extract recovery.img.
Then flash the recovery in the same way. This is the stock recovery and not TWRP.
I am assuming your phone to be S3 and updated to Jellybean already.

boot.img
maybe I'm looking at this wrong, I get the boot.img for each rom I load it is the screen before the boot that is black with two vertical lines, that I think should be the HTC white screen with logo.

extract the boot.img from the rom you flashed currently
place it in your adb and fastboot folder

Ok, we need a complete explanation. There are two things that appear when you power on your phone splash screen and boot animation, which one is corrupted in your case?

I think it is the splash screen as it comes just before the boot screen of the rom that i'm running
Than you just need to find and flash universal 3.33 firmware it includes splash screen inside.

Quick question do I just down load 3.33 zip and flash as normal? The reason I ask is looking back I think that I flashed this before I installed a rom. Looking at instruction it is for ICS rom and you have to flash a rom to complete step not sure that I can just load a rom I have saved.

[Q] [HELP] Nexus 5 Failed To Boot After Unpurposeful Flashing Wrong Kernel

Allriiiggghhhtt, so I managed myself to root and install custom recovery (TWRP) in my Nexus 5. Shortly I unpurposely flashed the wrong kernel that I downloaded for swipe2wake ability, when I wanted to flash the Faux kernel into my device. And after flashed the wrong kernel my device won't boot, but still can get into the recovery and also tried to re-flash the kernel, fix permissions, restore my back up, wipe the Dalvik and cache and still won't boot up.
Any solution?
Actually, I managed myself to see another solution to re-flash the stock rom which means full factory reset, but at least I want to troubleshoot this thing first before I flash it with stock rom.
Depends on what kernel you flashed. You might be hosed or it might be recoverable.

Nope, I'm not using that app, I had it before in trial but uninstall it and flash to stock kernel. But I had download its custom kernel that I get from the link that the developer provided in Google Play Store description and stored in my storage, and never flash it from TWRP. But now I unpurposely flashed that custom kernel when I tried to flash Franco Kernel.
