I am having Galaxy S Advance and has a problem with the message forward feature of Yahoo.
Forwarding a received or send email to another address is not an issue, but problem is that I could not edit/delete the message including the senders address before forwarding the message. why?
After selecting the forward function, the compose message screen appears fine, I could highlight the text including the senders address line, but the keyboard could not be brought thus unable to use the delete function.
Please help me out with some addition apps, if there.
Thanking you in anticipation

Everytime I try to send out an email from either outlook or the pop 3 messaging options i get:
Outlook - the email just sits there in my outbox and does move
Pop3 - the email gets moved to my drafts folder and I get a message saying System Admin - Invalid message recipient
Can anybody help
Thanks
The problem lies in your POP settings...though some accounts allow you to use the correct outgoing mail server - ie the same as you'd have in Outlook - most have problems and you have to set it up in a different way.
Leave the incoming mail server as it already is, ie if you're on btinternet "mail.btinternet.com". However, change the outgoing mail server to "smtp.o2.co.uk". I don't think you need to tick the "requires SSL connection" in options, but if it still doesn't work then give that a try. I had the same problem regarding "invalid recipient" on an old Clara.net account I had, but once I put in the smtp.o2.co.uk" it worked a treat.

hi, using the default mail software i can send and receive mails, but i can't foward them. When i try to do it, my touch pro reports a "unable to send message" error
i am using wifi, and gmail IMAP
what can i do?
thanks
I will add another detail: i can normally send emails
Short question:
When an email is sent to my txt address at att the sender is listed as a number 1010100001. Can this changed? Is there a workaround to have a computer send me a text from a real address?
Long explanation:
I have a server monitoring system that sends me text message alerts when there is an issue. (I.E. A website is down, Drive space is low.. etc)
I get a LOT of these.
I Just switched From Verizon to ATT.
On Verizon the Email was sent to [email protected] and it said it was from the email address of my monitoring server. On ATT any email sent to my text address ([email protected]) comes in from 1010100001 and this number seems to increment for each email I get to my text address.
I know it's not my Tilt2, because my wife’s Iphone does the same thing.
Is there any workaround?
Is anyone aware of another way to send these alerts rather than a straight email to my text address?
It's very hard to glance at my messages now and see if there is an issue I should deal with without opening each message.
On VZW, I could scroll my inbox and see the FROM and SUBJECT without opening them like: [email protected] - Error C drive low on Servername. then the body had the details.
On ATT is says 1010100002 - FRM:[email protected]
I have to open the message to see if it is an error or a good.
Many pages are temporary errors, I may get 3 errors then a good while a job runs.. If it doesn’t report good in a few mins, I need to look at it.
I am currently using Galaxy S6 on T-Mobile stock rom. I am having issues with my messages sent/received from a particular contact. When I click on the thread for this contact, there is no field in which to type and compose a new message. I noticed that the phone number now displays an "N" in front of it. I am able to both receive and send messages to this contact. However I can only send by creating new message and can only read from popular screen. The content of the last message sent or received is displayed in the list of threads but once I click on the thread the message is not there. I have message in the thread to a certain date and then nothing after that. The thread is also showing that their is a draft but there is no draft once thread is opened and no field at which to type or edit. Only happening with this one contact so far. Driving me crazy.... anyone have any clue? Please help!!!
Good afternoon everyone,
This is probably going to be a dumb question but here goes.
I am always sending text messages to my personal email address from my phone as either an SMS or sometimes as an MMS message as reminders for all sorts of things.
For instance, If I find an article of any kind that I want to read later I will copy the web address and send a text to my email address from the "Messages app" on my phone.
I have been doing this for years and have never ever had any issues up until about two weeks ago. Now sporadically and even sometimes all the time I will send a text to my email and immediately I get a separate text back saying the following
"(Undelivered Mail Returned To Sender) This is the mail system at host bbtpnj33wzwvetm-c-nk-x-00-vmg-00.localdomain.
I"
I can not for the life of me figure out what I keep getting these types of responses.
Has anyone ever encountered something like this and/or have any clue what the problem might be and how to fix it?
Currently, I am having this issue using my Note20 Ultra if that means anything.
Thank you so much in advance for any help!
