Can't SuperCID - HTC One S

I'm trying to supercid with the mc..04MOD method and i have already done it in my phone and now i'm trying on my brother's phoe and i stay on the same CID (HTC__K18 / Israel)
Device Stats:
Jelly Bean 4.1.1
HBoot 2.15
Bootloader Unlocked
Fully Rooted with TWRP

please help me i need to know what to do cause i wanna s-off my device and i have to have supercid which i can't achieve and i don't know why cause i followed the guide and i stay on the same CID (HTC__K18)

You probably ended up taking the update with write protection on the 0p4 partition. Lots of reports of people who cannot super cid, therefore cannot s-off.

Is there a way to remove write protection?

Fixing helicopter issue

Hi,
I'm running ViperOneS 2.2.0 (Android 4.1.1) and still having the helicopter-glitch. So I contacted HTC support and they told me I should backup all my data and do a hardreset. Will my phone be OK after running the hardreset? Because of custom ROM? I've unlocked via HTCDev and I'm running CWM recovery. Do you think this will fix the issue? Sending it in for repair could end up expensive, because of unlock. Or are there any other ideas for fixing it?
Greets
Sorry I didn't use the helicopter-thread but this does not directly concern the issue itself...
no proper fix till now! we are stuck with it
Seriously HTC!? -.-
Chances for a fix with hardreset? none?

Doubt it. You could try running an ruu, but other than that...???

But whats the difference between RUU with Android 4.1.1 and ViperOneS also running 4.1.1? HTC said the fix was added in Jelly Bean?
RUU , will flash new versions of bootloader , radio etc . The rom is just the system partition , I recommend you to RUU the device then restore your ViperROM
Ruu is like a fresh wipe/reset/clean. Wipe everything and re flash all partitions.
HTC_One_S | S-OFF | ViperOneS_2.2.0 | Black-Blue_Sense_Theme | ElementalX_4.2
Ok thanks, I'll give that a try. Can someone please post how I exactly do that? First time to flash RUU... Found this: http://androidforums.com/one-s-all-things-root/691874-guide-how-run-ruu-your-htc-one-s.html Will that work? And where can I get the RUU I need? It says I should go S-OFF to use any one I want... My phone came with german T-Mobile ROM. And using CWM isn't a problem, right?

my one s stick in boot loop after flash superboot

after i get my htc one s i unlock it using htc development site and after that i use the superboot tool to install a custom ROM but i stuck into a boot loop, and a message under htc logo written in red " this build is for development purposes only" , i still can go into boot-loader and recovery, but no SD can be mount in recovery.
i use different RUU ROM and no one can solve the problem,
HBoot V 1.13 and radio 0.17
and my operator is orange
could any one helps me please????
Flash a ROM in recovery, then flash it's boot.img in fastboot

Hboot restrictions

Does anybody know if hboot 2.15 has fastboot restrictions? I am s-off and when I try to flash a radio via fastboot it denyed me access and when I was looking around online some people were relating this to the hboot. So If anybody has anything they would like to share I'd be happy to read it.
Flash them through recovery using the zips in the dev forum.

Thats exactly what I did but It still is throwing that error right when its about to write the img. Could it be the rom?
More likely recovery issue. Change that to lower like 2.3.0 or older.

I mean, do not use fastboot to flash radios...out don't work, S-OFF or not. Use the radio collection thread in the dev forum. Download the collection zip, then flash it in recovery. and follow the instructions on the screen through the aroma installer.

On a related note, what are the benefits of having the 2.15 boot over 1.14? Are there any improvements in terms of stability, etc? Before the reason not to upgrade was because of S-ON, but now that we are S-OFF, is it worth upgrading? Thanks!

You did not by any chance re-lock your bootloader, did you? that would explain why you can't flash.
If you're unlocked and S-Off, you can try the flashable hboot zips in my bootsplash thread. --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1777223 Look at posts #148, #212, #274 there.
But, as k1llacanon points out:

For your radio, have you tried the recovery flashable radio collection by Tecardo? --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1998270

[Q] OTG isn't working with ICS

hi. i'm experiencing some troubles with my phone. i was on jb and have downgraded to ics. since then i can't connect my usb flash drive using OTG cable. is there a way to make it work?
It's not powered in ics...you need a "Y" adapter to plug in usb power source. Or you could flash beastmode bricked kernel if your rooted, which will enable self powered USB otg.

It only works with JellyBean. And sense 4+
With ICS you need to power the otg for it to work and it could cost like £7 /$10
If you can update to jellybean I would recommend it .
Its a lot easier
If I helped hit me up with a thanks
Hold on... Before getting carried away try flashing beast mode bricked kernel and also download the app usb otg helper. That should do the trick without a y cable

Thanks for your replies. So, I tried to flash beastmode kernel, but it won't work. Here's the steps I made:
Unlocked bootloader
Flashed TWRP
Installed the latest beastmode blocked kernel (went through arome installer, it said the kernel is installed)
Cleared cache and dalvik
Reboot... and the settings menu still shows me the default kernel installed(so there was no OTG support).
May be I did something wrong? Kinda noob in flashing this device (used to work with p500 )
Well, you either need to root or flash a custom ROM first (basically, you need root, then if it don't work, is an old trick to flash fusion kernel first, then beastmode.
Remember only to use these, not the new bricked kernel that was just released..that's for JB

btw, can anyone tell me how to setup OTG support when i'll install beastmode?

Can't flash Sense Roms

I need help, I'm new to the One S and idk why I can't flash Sense roms.
I'm supercid'd, and s-off
First, I tried flashing Viper ROM 2.1.0, it went through aroma installer and looked well, but it never past the boot screen.
Second, I tried trickdroid 9.0.0, I got a status 8 error on twrp 2.5.0.0, so I checked and the md5 did match.
Third, I tried mk's stock sense rom, and it repeated just like trickdroid, and md5 did match.
None of these problems happen with aosp. I'm using it atm, but I wanna use sense.
Thanks!

This is a known issue with twrp 2.5. Use clock work mod or twrp 2.2.2 or 2.3.3.
