I reverted from CM 10 alpha 4 to 2.3.6 KPE and then to KPQ using the stock roms. This should restore all as if came from factory?
I ask this because I have many problems that I can't solve.
1.- UIDs on the system are inconsistent ....
2.- The application facebook (process com.facebook.katana) has stopped unexpectedly...
3.- The application google search (proces com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox) has stopped unexpectedly..
4.- Can't download apps from the market
Can anyone explain me a little bit more please? Is there any way to have my phone like factory?
Thanks in advance!

If u already reverted back to KPQ then ur problems might be solved already, right?
If yes, then flash DDLF2 firmware, it's the best stock firmware.

My post is AFTER changing to KPE and then KPQ. I have all this problems with KPQ.
Perhaps I could try DDLF2, but yet I don't understand if I'm reverting to factory or still a custom rom because all of the messages.
UPDATE:
I just downloaded DDLF2 and installed. Every message I post stil continue to appear.
How can I go back to a CLEAN STOCK ROM INSTALATION with no error messages? Because after searching many forums, it seems there is no solution to this messages!
Any other help please? I don't know what to do to take all this off !!!

Thanks for your help. I'm from Argentina.
I've downloaded the Sammobile firmware for I9003 and Argentina (Movistar) in my case. The problem is that as from Sammobile, you must use Kies or OTA to update. Kies doesn't connect with my phone, and I don't know how to use OTA. I just know that OTA stands for Over-The-Air, nothing more.
Before reading this advice from Sammobile, I tried Odin, but says that I have an invalid file.
Can you keep helping me?
Thanks in advance!!!!
The file I downloaded from Sammobile was corrupted (Argentina-Movistar). I downloaded another (Argentina) and worked, but all the problems-messages are still there.

I really can't wipe all the phone. Even my photo-background never dessapeared after all the flashes.

Argentina! That means ur phone is lil different compare to other country phone. Ur phone model is SL GT-i9003L & other country's model is SL GT- i9003.
Umm..then I think u should root ur phone 1st & flash loSco's qwerty rom which works for both the models.
Or a better option is just find a guy who is Argentine, maybe he'll be able to help u out in the exact way.
Good luck!

Hi! I'm from Chile, so I have the 9003L. I've returned to stock a couple of times using the roms provided here, and I have never experienced that kind of troubles. Maybe you are not clearing cache / dalvik cache? Also I've heard that sometimes you have to flash the rom a couple of times for it to "stick" and make sure that you are using ODIN 1.83 (Dunno why, but everyone seems to say it)
Good luck!

Thanks ElIluminado. I was flashing with Odin 0.7. I downloaded 1.83 and flash KPE again, with pit and all the files, but nothing has changed.
After dat, I flash cf-root for KPE, clear cache / dalvik cache , and wipe data/factory reset, but again, nothing changed.
I flash again KPE, wipe data/factory reset, but once again nothing changed.
(GRACIAS IGUALMENTE!!!) Thanks anyway!!!
So, I decided to flash Querty Rom as Siddhant Shankpal suggested. I follow the instructions but a couple of errors that coudn't mount /cache/xxxx appeared. After the instalation message was finished, I reboot.
Now I have since 5 minutes a black screen with a moving circle with the CyanogenMod logo, and doesn't go.
I think I can throw away this phone, but it's not mine, if from a good friend.
I rebooted in recovery and when I wipe cache partition I get:
Formating cache...
Cache wipe complete.
E: can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: can't mount /cahce/recover/last_log
E: can't open /cahce/recover/last_log
I rebooted adn the same, the CyanogenMod logo and nothing happens.
I can't believe we can't find any solution!!!!
Thanks to all!!!

Try wipe data/factory reset from recovery mode.
Sent from my GT-I9003.
So I went to sleep leaving all night the phone with the CM on, and I woke up and still there.
I've already data reset several times as you can see from my previous post:
I rebooted in recovery and when I wipe cache partition I get:
Formating cache...
Cache wipe complete.
E: can't mount /cache/recovery/log

I rebooted adn the same, the CyanogenMod logo and nothing happens.
Stil there, so I think I'm going to revert to KPE and KPN again, even I know the errors will stil be there... :crying:
Seems that CM10 querty was not a solution for my problem ...
Umm then I don't have any other answer for this.
Maybe ask someone who owns same model like yours to come back to stock with no errors. Ellluminado has the same model, so maybe he can help u out.

Thanks for your reporting. Maybe you can provide more information on which ROM version you are using, have you installed SetCPU, and can you describe more on "restart often"? Does it mean your phone will go black suddenly and reboot itself? Or do you experience a 'freeze' such that you need to reboot the machine?
Also, have you try to "flash the kernel again" thru CWM? Can you try to 'wipe cache' in CWM to see if things get better?
And, you can try 1.7, 1.6 versions of the kernel to see if they are better.
If you don't feel comfortable using those versions, you can always roll back to the stock one. Thanks
dear ardatdat,
when installing v1.8, the phone like hang when messaging and restart automatically. yes its turn black suddenly and reboot irself.

First of all, "when installing v1.8, the phone like hang when messaging and restart automatically. yes its turn black suddenly and reboot itself" is not a normal behavior.
When you flash this kernel thru CWM, it will not auto reboot your phone but instead, you need to boot the phone manually. Maybe you can pull out & re-insert your battery to flash in CWM again. Thanks. :good:
now I'm successfully install v1.8 after wipe cache and dalvik. thanks guys for assisting me.

Look, now I'm not a pro here....but by the description of your problem and my personal experience I have realized that these frequent reboots(screen going blank and coming back again along with start up sound) may not be a kernel fault. I had this problem a few months back....and astonishingly I found out that the cause was App2SD.....If you have many apps moved to the sd card....such problems surface....the only workaround I found was not to force apps to the external SD. Just thought of sharing this...hope this helps.
Yes you are right when some apps are forced move to sd they will work right until after the reboot where this rebooting loop phenomenon occurs

You need to use a one click to go back to stock and then reflash the CM9 Rom. Seems you might have some old files in the system taking up precious space. Check out the link below to return to stock

Sounds like after you install cm9, wipe everything, and reinstall again.
Reboot to recovery
"Factory Reset/Wipe Data"
"Mounts & Storage" -> "Format /system"
Go back to the main menu
"Install zip from sdcard" -> select the cm9 zip file and install it.
Install the gapps for ics
Go back to the main menu
Reboot
After you install and login to google so you can get to the play store, install alogcat.
Please document which apps you install, or any settings you set.
If it happens again, and you can reproduce the problem, start alogcat before the problem happens and post the log to http://pastebin.com/ or http://pastie.org/ and put the link here.
Also tell us what applications you have installed and what settings you enabled/disabled.
The more details and information you give, the better we can help you.
a few days ago on my gt-i9003 battery was almost zero at night so i just left it and in the morning it was switched off, then ijust plugged the charger, switched it on then found it was all reset, re-signed with my gmail a/c. All my phone contacts were wiped out(sim contacts didn't), apps in the app drawer were rearranged(no app was removed). The play store was showing error(stopped working) but somehow I fixed it. Then I saved the contacts again, set everything back as earlier. BUT the same thing happened yesterday when battery dropped to zero.
SO pls help me
Dude,
Provide more information like which rom you using, kernel, any mod you installed etc.
For some suggestion try to clean cache , delvik cache from advance and data from mounts from recovery and check that problem still persist or not than report back.

Flash CyanogenMod recovery. Format data, cache, everything, and then install the firmware from sammobile.
Samsung ROMs tend to get the auto restart problem after using them for a bit of time (personal experience).
Install CM10.2 if possible, works like a charm!

Hey guys,
I'm in dire need of help. I have a Galaxy S6 (G920F) and I rooted it today with PingPongRoot. Afterwards, I started getting the message that .com.(something here).gapps has crashed. I kept getting it every few seconds, rendering my phone pretty much useless, as I couldn't do anything.
It took me around 10 minutes to get to the factory reset option. Afterwards, it rebooted and got to the setup, and OMG! the message keeps popping up non stop right now! I don't even have enough time to select anything..
So please, I am in dire need of help. If you need any more info, please tell me what info you need! :'(
