I've downloaded and tried to install it, but the installation process ends saying that the app wasn't installed.
Is there any specific way to install it? I'm using Sentinel ROM 5.00 on my Samsung Galaxy S2.
Thanks

Thanks!
Thanks alot been searching for this one!
For the noobs please do install it as a system app.
I used root uninstaller to install it as a system app.

So non-noob copy the .apk in /system/app/? Do you know what "root uninstaller" does when it installs as system app? I'm interested in knowing. My ROM is odexed ATM.

You can't. Also guessing that's why you can't install S Voice. Pretty sure you need to be rooted to have it. Works great on my Note.

I'll second this! I was assuming it was rooted for some reason lol
I currently have OnlyOne custom rom on my I717 and S Voice comes pre loaded...its been working great so far! Awesome rom also btw!
Same issue, but my Note is rooted. I have rocket rom v10 - svoice was preinstalled, but now I lost it and I'm not able to re-install it.
What should I uninstall first?
You shouldnt install it! You should move it to /system/app. Then set permissions to rw-r--r-- and reboot and it will work.
Please hit the thanks button if Ive helped you!

NEW Google Wallet hack

I believe this is the newest hack to get Google Wallet on a blocked device. All credit goes to
TweakMyDevice for sharing this with me and Paul Obrien for creating this custom apk. I installed
the apk and it is very easy to do. There is no flashing required. Hack took me less than 5 minutes.

Sorry for wasting your time everyone. My card would not authorize. Guess it is for the best.
You can probably give it a try no harm.

For certain roms you need to flash additional files, IE all touchwhiz files need custom nfc.apk files. This is why I created my thread.
Now for any CM or AOSP based rom you can just flash this and it should work...... will update my guide......
Edit: Also want to point out that this so called "new hack" from Modaco is the exact version I've had in mine since like about a week or two, this video was very very very late posted.

They are not talking about the safeness of wallet. They are talking about the safeness of using a hacked version that someone could have put a script into that can steal everyone's credit card info.

GS4 Wallpapers and Ringtones

Just a little something for you people who want to have these small things. In case you guys were curious to where I got these, you can get them from Droid-Life. . You don't have to flash them. Just unzip the files and then you're good to go.
Credits to Samsung in general!
Make sure to put the ringtones in a file called ringtones if you want to actually use the ringtones. Either that or you can use a file explorer.
EDIT: Links restored.

I just use ES file explorer to set it up. In the notifications section, there should be an option to set the sounds up through es file explorer. Look for the files and then set it up that way.

Sprint Zone APK

Hi Everyone,
Could someone pull the Sprint Zone APK off of their GS5 and post it here? I'd love to be able to manage my account via an app rather than the mobile My Sprint website but, since the Nexus 5 doesn't have it preinstalled and it's not available to me on Google Play, this is the only other option I can think of.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
