Go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2223492 to download the 10.6.1.14.4 bootloader and TWRP 2.5.0.0 recovery combo zip package called "10.6.1.14.4 US Bootloader and TWRP 2.5 DOWNLOAD" or "10.6.1.14.4 WW Bootloader and TWRP 2.5 DOWNLOAD", depend on your SKU).
Boot into TWRP and flash the above zip file, let it boot up, then boot back into TWRP and flash CROMI-X from the same link.

Hi All,
After reading many threads onto how to get the latest OTA update on my Tablet, here are my final conclusion to get latest OTA update on your Tablet if you are already rooted\unlocked\running TWRP recovery.. [i have tried almost all other methods and they did not seem to work with me]
Here is what i have before starting:
1) Rooted
2) Unlcoked bootloader
3) TWRP recovery
Before starting this process, please backup your system and recovery via TWRP recovery..
FIrst, in order to get the update you will need to revert back to stock recovery.. there is a thread already on this subject in this forum, however, i did a different approach here....
1) download the OTA update for .26 from ASUS support page
2) extract the .zip file for the build and store it in your tablet [sdcard of external card]
3) reboot the tabled into TWRP recovery...
4) select install and browse for the extract file
5) install and reboot.
[this is a very easy process that does not require any terminal commands and worked like a charm]
at this point, your tablet will have stock ROM and stock recovery installed [ you will also lose root access] all your apps before this will remain installed, so, no worries about that...
After this point, you are ready to install .30 OTA update.. here is what i did..
1) Download the OTA update for .30 from ASUS support page
2) extract the .zip file for the build and store directly into the root folder of you tablet
3) reboot the tablet and start again into Android
4) You will get a notification that an Update is detected
5) select the update and proceed with it.
6) tablet will restart and install the update...
after 10 minutes, you are now running the latest OTA update..
you will need to re-root again and install TWRP if you don't want to use stock recovery...
i hope this helps...
Great write up!
I also updated using TWRP, but I used fewer steps. I started by downloading the .30 update from the ASUS site. Then I unziped it, and placed that file on my internal storage. I booted into TWRP, and flashed the file, powered off, powered on, and it booted. I waited while the camera firmware updated. I re-installed TWRP via fastboot, booted into recovery, and flashed SuperUser.
I am not seeing the .30 firmware on the Asus page, just .26 can anyone provide a mirror?

Updating to .30 after pbrauer's ICS Stock US 9.4.5.26 with Root
I have rooted, unlocked, TWRP installed and pbrauer's ICS Stock US 9.4.5.26 with Root.
Can I now update to .30 dlpkgfile.zip without a problem since I am on a modified ROM?

Hey everyone. I recently got a TF700. It's 4.0.3 running 9.4.5.26. I want to unlock the bootloader, gain nvflash access, and flash CROMI. I've researched the steps and wanted to confirm I'm doing everything right before beginning. Are these steps correct?
1. Activate “USB Debugging”
2. Activate “Unknown Sources”
3. Unlock tablet with ASUS' boot loader tool
4. Run nvflash (follow this guide http://androidroot.mobi/t3_nvflash/)
5. Install goo manager
6. Install twrp 2.3.1.0 or higher.
7. Flash clean rom inheritance 4.0.3 then flash 4.0.4 patch
Do I have everything right?
Thanks in advance.

Steps 1 and 2 are not needed. Step 5 requires root, but alternatively you can install TWRP via fastboot, then you don't need goo manager. And CROMI 4.x is not out yet.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. And thank you for the corrections. So here's what I'll do:
1. Unlock tablet with ASUS' boot loader tool
2. Run nvflash (follow this guide http://androidroot.mobi/t3_nvflash/)
3. Flash TWRP 2.3.1.0 via fastboot
4. Flash clean rom inheritance 3.0.3 then flash 3.0.4 patch. (ROM is already rooted).

For step 4 I'd just flash CRI 3.1, that's the current version.
Also add the following steps:
0.5: Pray that Asus' server lets you unlock.
1.5: Read the instructions for the nvflash procedure from top to bottom - twice.
1.7: Install required drivers on your PC for fastboot, or simply use Linux. Install the adb and fastboot binaries.

Once again, your help is much appreciated. Unfortunately, unlocking the tablet has proved difficult. Like many others, I get the "network connection" error when trying to unlock the bootloader. Interestingly, I am bombarded by the firmware update notification so I know the tablet is communicating with ASUS' servers.
Well, I'll keep trying...
[Q] What is the difference between stock TWRP 2.4.4.0 & SBDags version in 4.2.1 rom
I have installed the latest 2.4.4.0 TWRP from Goomanager last night and was about to start on upgrading my TF700 to 4.2.xxxxx, however noticed reading this in one of the ROM setup guides.
The TF700 Infinity 10.6.1.14.4 JB 4.2.1 Bootloader and patched TWRP recovery package is offered in the downloads section for those that haven’t upgraded yet. Flash it from Recovery as you would a ROM You may be able to use the normal TWRP 2.4.4.0 but until I verify this completely I am not recommending it. Using any other recovery on a TF300 or Prime hard bricks the device so please follow the instructions.

Can you please advise what the main difference is please, or if this is just old data now. I don't mind corecting my version of TWRP to the "patched" version, but I am curious as to the difference.

A few differences, but it has nothing to do with flashing the new bootloader.
1) option to wipe external ext4 partition
2))mount point for ext4 partition
3) different mount point for 4.2
As of now, using the old 2.4.4.0 to flash 4.2 bootloader is fine reported by a few testers. So the choice is yours!

Hey, just wanted to know if I can just install TWRP after updating to10.6.1.14.4 build (US). Deets:
1. Latest ASUS bootloader installed (never messed with it or other ROMs)
2. UnlockedDL
sbdags has some stuff on the stock ROM, but I haven't tweaked/deodexed anything, so I'm not sure it applies to my stock ROM? Can't I just download TWRP and fastboot install it? Tĥanks!

If your device already unlocked and you can be on 4.1.1 OR 4.2.1 (10.6.1.14.4 build), it's ok to install latest TWRP 2.5.0.0.
Thanks guys. I installed TWRP and I'm now rooted.
New to me tablet and I'm new to rooting/etc.
Factory tablet on 4.1.1, build 10.4.2.20-20121228
I downloaded and ran the Asus unlock utility, then ran motochopper to root. I then loaded TWRP 2.2.2.0 (I realized the mistake later). Made stock backup using twrp ok. Wiped cache/dalvik/etc and tried to recover to CM.10.0.0. Boots to cyanogenmod logo and just sits and spins. I can reboot back into recovery and restore from backup ok.
I realize now that I've loaded an early version of twrp, would that affect the cm bootup? If so, how do I upgrade twrp? Or should I try CM10.1 exp using twrp 2.2.2.0?

I can see you are on the 4.1 BL. I would suggest upgrading to the 4.2 bootloader and the using the most recent versions of TWRP and CM. You would do that by flashing the stock 4.2 Asus firmware, then the latest TWRP from their website with -42 and then the latest cyanogen mod ROM which is compatible with that bootloader.

First off, thank you for the assistance. Here are the steps I believe I should take. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
1. Download and install latest 4.2 bootloader from Asus= US_epad-10.6.1.27.5
2. Would I need to download and install the unlocker from Asus? = Unlock_v8 for 4.2JB
3. Download and install TWRP for 4.2= TWRP 2.6.3.0-tf300t-4.2 blob
4. Then I should be able to run any of the CM 10.0.0 and up on the 4.2 bootloader, right?

Lots of ppl are having problems with the V8 unlocker. Since you are already on 4.1, you could just unlock now with the V7 tool.
1. Unlock with V7 tool (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1949758)
2. Flash Latest Asus Stock (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1949758)

4. Flash Latest CM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2413878)
Personally, I would also make NvFlash Backups so you can restore your tablet just in case anything bad happens. Link is in my sig

Ok, been reading until my eyes are bleeding.
From what I've read, Motochopper doesn't work for 10.6.1.27.x versions, so I would have to load 10.6.1.15.3. I should be able to download it and unzip it the first time on my pc. Then transfer it to the root directory of the tablet and run TWRP to install the .zip file. This would overwrite everything and bring it up to 4.2. I would then run the unlocker_v8 and install twrp for 4.2 using adb. If all that works, I should be rooted and unlocked and allowed to install CM 10 and above.
Please, anyone, check me on this. And thanks for the help.

Oh sorry, I thought you meant that it had failed to unlock and flash.
Flashing a stock ROM will not relock your bootloader. Asus doesn't want people relocking their bootloader .
I'm not sure why you are using motochopper if you are going to install a custom ROM anyways. Almost all custom ROMs have the SU binaries in them.
Once you have unlocked your tablet, you will never need to run another unlocker, so dont worry about v8. The NvFlash backups need you to be on the 10.6.x.x bootloader, so you would flash the stock ROM then do the nvflash procedure.

I'm not sure if you can flash the stock from the TWRP, to be safe I'd fastboot it from a computer. Once you flash the stock, it will upgrade the bootloader and erase TWRP. You would use the install command.
