All that can be taken is there's an LED notification lol. Take this with a grain of salt as always.

Looks legit to me.
Nice catch...I'm hoping that Google really has a new Nexus 7 to release, with Android 4.3. Maybe they've chosen not to announce it at the keynote, but the Nexus 7 is definitely due for an upgrade.
Hmm, I wonder why they'd 'accidentally' reveal a new device this way? Such a tease.
Looks like the regular to me, maybe just light shining off of the camera. If not, they literally kept it identical in design.
Edit: then I saw the video. Nevernind

I think that Google is good at "accidentally" revealing stuff. Just off the top of my head, I remember the Google now widget, nexus 7 dock, and the nexus 10 dock were revealed accidentally in ads.
Also, remember how we basically knew everything about the nexus 4 long before it was officially released?

So I just updated Qik Video chat and went into the Market description to see what's changed and I see that it says "Added support for new devices (LG Star GB, HTC Sensation).....!?!?!?
The alias for the G2x is the Star am I right??
It's interesting that it's being called a new device, maybe they're getting ready to stock units with GB pre-installed?

thats so funny i was just about to post that. so ITS NEAR but its not here! damn you LG! if i have no update in 1 week HELLO GALAXY s 2!
Lol it must've been a mistake to put that on there considering that they haven't made any official statements and know how ferociously we're all anticipating the update.

Maybe when they relaunch the phone they're going to rebrand it in some way so that it's extremely obvious that it now has Gingerbread. Just noticed that the G2x has disappeared from Amazon Wireless, which is where I purchased mine.
Well not disappeared, but no longer being sold at all.

These are some images I've found on Engadget and GSMarena. I'm really excited to see what they have in store for us at their unveiling event on the 11th!

That curve is pretty ridiculous. I don't see that being too comfortable.

Its not as curved a it seems. The blue highlight doesnt follow the screen on the ends. Look for the enhanced pictures of the phone also the enhanced on white background photos to better judge the curve.
Really excited about this. Hope the 11th is going to be a good day for good news.

I'm guessing it's essentially the same countour display on the Nexus S (which is quite nice). The enhanced photo does a better job of showing this.

Official?? Don't think so...
Not even remotely a teaser video. Just some dude you ripped out some Transformer footage and stuck the Google logo at the end.

If this thing only comes out for Verizon, I will be so disappointed. I will not buy.

It will come to other other carriers eventually. I too am worried that Verizon snagged some 2-3 month exclusivity deal. I really don't want to wait 3 more months to get this beast on tmobile.
I'm really excited to see what this will be. I think it's a good opportunity to capitalize on the iPhone 4S debacle. You see the fanboys over at the Apple forums? They're going nuts.
you're late to the party this was out a long time ago

I'm sure most of you saw the "leaked" play store that was supposedly going to be announced today with Jelly Bean. Obviously it was not, and it was fake. If you hadn't, here is a link to an article featuring the image. http://www.itproportal.com/2012/06/27/android-jelly-bean-feature-new-google-play-store/
I liked the general layout of the render in the picture, so i decided to create my own using basic elements, with a more refined cleaner look. This is what i came up with. Let me know what you think!!

Nice one mate!
That looks damn sexy
You did a great job, but too bad that it's fake
But I still think JB will have an updated UI. In the Nexus 7 video it had an update Play Shop UI
Awesome. Google? Make it!
via Google Galaxy Nexus
Awesome, if I were you, I would suggest this idea to Google
Beautiful! Google needs to see this, not only shiny, but a very intuitive and touch friendly interface.
Why can't gb have the new play store and all that other stuff? I mean they would still work on gb since it's browser related.
Despite some "good informed" geniuses posting here that it will not happen, seems it will come soon.

Interesting to see. They've made an "official" announcement on it, so I guess we can hope that it comes soon.
Then again, Samsung [as other companies] does not always stick to their words...
soon as within the next months. This thing is already with us for 6 months. In my opinion it's a failure between Samsung and Google to do this to their customers/users.

The Galaxy Watch probably isn't a priority for Google and Samsung. They have bigger fish to fry.
What I mean by this is that; I'm sure that only a fraction of their profits come from their watches.

Nothing new with Google, I had the Nexus one and it was almost a year before the car and nightstand docks became available, despite being shown off at launch.
