the recommend one - go to settings - wifi - setttings - wifi direct and rename your device to something shorter.IF this isn't working get the zip from this link and flash from recovery. Pay attention while the zip will fix your WiFi it will break connectivity to HD Media Link

ODEXING Process
On short. Odexing your ROM will give you a speed boost, more free ram, and better battery (or at least this is the theory).
Sounds too good to be true ? Well there are some limitations. Once you ODEXED your ROM, you CAN NOT flash other mods that affect /system/app or /system/framework. Thats why the ODEX is optional during install of the rom. Do not select it if you plan to run Kustomizer. Kustomizer has also an option to odex your ROM, but if you want even more mods than insertcoin + kustomizer have to offer then again do no choose to ODEX.
Flash your other mods you want and only after you are 100% satisfied with your ROM grab the flashable zips below:

I couldn't test the rom myself since my HTC ONE Should arrive Friday. But i did my best checked, duble checked and triple checked before releasing. so do a backup before flashing. also please perform a full wipe. If you run into problems please give me full details and logs and ill fix asap.
Also given that is the v1.0.0 expect updates daily or every 2 days till i'm pleased with the rom and i iron out all the bugs.

Rom very fluid, even if the stock was already very fast!
Apps 3D fluids, no complaints.
The bootscreen is very nice: D
The basic sound is very good, I have not dared to touch Viper4android.
Receiving SMS & MMS no worries (about 10 Trickdroid it receives mms if I activated the data ... boring!).
ZeroCamera: very good, but I think the record is not as good as Sense 5! : o (I took pictures to compare)
There remain crapwares (but can be used by some) like Dropbox, EA and company.
I say more except that it is very good? FlyinGrub thank you to you for this great ROM!
(I will return to 10 trickdroid to feel Sense 5 ... there are not really bugs, audio and build.prop tweaks work, Bulletproof works and Sense 5 is so great and so smooth ! Trickdroid 10 it is faster than the SourcE: o ... by cons I probably will come back because of BT and the history of MMS although boring)

Make sure your device is unlocked or have s-off
Download ROM and put it on internal sdcard
Put device in bootloader mode (Power + Volume Down)

How to Save Battery and have great performance?
well each Device is used differently , therefore I thought i write down some little values and settings
for great battery without losing performance or anything
Little TIP: Enter Nova Settings and hold Volume down (3sec) that activates a secret Labs menu

go to settings/about/software info /more/ and tick 7 times on build number.

1. Settings/Location/Mode - use Battery saving
2.Settings/Location/Location Services/google location reporting - turn location reporting and history off
3.Settings/account & sync/HTC Weather Service/ General Settings -Update schedule every 6 hours or Once a day
4.Settings/Display/Brightness- lower it to 70-80% you will not see a different
5.Settings/Display/media gestures - turn them off
6.Settings/Power - disable Sleep mode and Fast boot./ enable Powersaver only with cpu. You will not feel a different in normal use!
7.Settings/ AppOps /location - disable location in Google Play services and Htc Service Pack !IMPORTANT!

ViperONE is a highly modded rom with lots of features.
this is complete different. its a really clean system only (+350mb)
and its a hybrid of AOSP/AOKP/SENSE 5...
you can not compare it

Thanks for the heads up. So I have TWRP and the stock rooted deodex Rom. After I flash philz recovery, would I need to do a complete wipe (though i know it's recommended)?

Well if you have 4.4.2 kitkat firmware installed then flash philz latest recovery for our device and yes you need to do a full wipe because of it being a different Rom base.... trust me it's worth it.

And by firmware I mean hboot, radio, etc
Edit : also don't mess with screen dpi via our tweak app. As it hasn't been corrected for this phone yet

1. I tested with Philz latest Recovery
2. Must have kitkat firmware, hboot , radio.. can be found in fuu thread.
If you don't do that then there's your problem

We at Team SkyDragon always strive to provide XDA users with the best custom Rom experience. Using the latest and greatest offerings from HTC, we follow the XDA mantra to develop and deliver an awesome custom Rom for the HTC One M8.
In porting the latest Sense 7 software to our SkyDragon custom Rom, we have elevated the XDA user experience and the custom Rom benchmark!
Our Team has spent the past week working 24 hours a day putting this Rom together, and any experienced developer can appreciate that this is not a simple task. We have sacrificed time with our families to work on this project in earnest because of the passion we all share here on XDA, to develop the best!
Yesterday, our Rom was shared with an extended group of team members for final testing and unfortunately someone leaked it. We are presently dealing with this issue internally.
We did not plan to release this SkyDragon Sense 7 Rom prior to the official HTC release of the M9. However, because of this leak and the possibility of it being copied (Kanged) to other custom Roms, we feel that we must release it immediately.
Please note: any attempt to copy our Rom or parts of, without written consent from Dragonesdenano will be reported to XDA as "Kanging"
To our team members: we will be a little busier than usual with this release, and we expect SkyDragon team members to support all XDA members with courtesy and respect, and provide the friendly help on this thread that we are known for. Regardless of how many times "someone asks the same question" team members will not be rude or belittle other XDA members. Any violation of the above will be cause for expulsion from the team.
To XDA members: please take the time to read this OP in it's entirety including FAQs and any other notices. If you are on the latest Sense GSM Lollipop firmware you won't need to flash anything other than the Rom. If you have any issues, please download the Rom's corresponding firmware listed below.
